Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Colocaci\u00f3n de carteler\u00eda indicadora de nombre y numeraci\u00f3n en Calle Inmigrantes Espa\u00f1oles, Colonia Pehuenche II.<\/p>\n<p>La solicitud de vecinos de Colonia Pehuenche II respecto de la necesidad de contar con carteler\u00eda identificatoria de la calle originalmente denominada \u201cP\u00fablica N\u00ba 1\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que en el a\u00f1o 2018 este Honorable Concejo Deliberante dio aprobaci\u00f3n a la Ordenanza N\u00ba 1.939\/2.018, la cual establec\u00eda que la mencionada arteria pasar\u00eda a llamarse \u201cInmigrantes Espa\u00f1oles\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Que hasta la actualidad la calle en cuesti\u00f3n no ha sido se\u00f1alizada por lo que sigue conoci\u00e9ndose por parte de los vecinos con su antiguo nombre.<\/p>\n<p>Que seg\u00fan los propios frentistas, la denominaci\u00f3n de \u201cP\u00fablica\u201d que se sigue usando les dificulta al realizar tr\u00e1mites, solicitudes e incluso recibir asistencia policial frente a casos de inseguridad, ya que no se localiza con facilidad al no contar su ubicaci\u00f3n en muchas Instituciones.<\/p>\n<p>Que este Honorable Cuerpo debe velar por el cumplimiento de las piezas legales vigentes, en especial aquellas que con peque\u00f1as acciones reportan beneficios y\/o soluciones para los problemas cotidianos de los vecinos.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS.<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal la colocaci\u00f3n de carteler\u00eda indicadora de nombre y numeraci\u00f3n en Calle Inmigrantes Espa\u00f1oles (ex Calle P\u00fablica N\u00ba1), Colonia Pehuenche II, en cumplimiento de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 1.939\/2.018.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Remitir copia de la presente a la Uni\u00f3n Vecinal de la Colonia Pehuenche II, para conocimiento<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.RICARDO BALBIN DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE A TRECE D\u00cdAS DE OCTUBRE DE DOS MIL VEINTIDOS.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AUTORA: CONCEJALA DAIANA VARAS BLOQUE FRENTE CAMBIA MENDOZA VISTO: El contenido del Expediente N\u00b0 5.196 HC 049 \u2013 2.022.
