VISTO: El contenido del Expediente N\u00b0 5.180 HC 048 \u2013 2.022. Bloque Frente de Todos. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Sustracci\u00f3n de cables de cobre en el Departamento.<\/p>\n

El incremento de los robos de cable que afecta el servicio el\u00e9ctrico y todas las prestaciones derivadas de \u00e9l.<\/p>\n

y;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que en los \u00faltimos meses se ha agravado este delito.<\/p>\n

Que la afectaci\u00f3n no solo es en el \u00e1mbito domiciliario sino tambi\u00e9n en las luminarias de calles y rutas.<\/p>\n

Que tanto la empresa prestadora del servicio Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad de Mendoza Sociedad An\u00f3nima (E.D.E.M.S.A.), como el Municipio en su rol de servidor del alumbrado p\u00fablico se ven afectados por estos actos de vandalismo.<\/p>\n

Que este accionar delictivo afecta a todos y cada uno de los vecinos de nuestro Departamento.<\/p>\n

Que es necesario conocer en profundidad el tema y las acciones concretas que\u00a0 se est\u00e1n llevando a cabo para mitigar la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Que seg\u00fan fuentes period\u00edsticas las Fuerzas de Seguridad del Departamento\u00a0 vienen trabajando en el tema.<\/p>\n

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARGUE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n

ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal informe a este Honorable Concejo Deliberante los hechos de sustracci\u00f3n de cables en el \u00e1mbito municipal detallando las zonas m\u00e1s vulnerables y\/o afectadas, la cantidad de cable sustra\u00eddo, el detalle de denuncias realizadas y de las acciones tendientes para paliar la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Requerir al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal informe el \u00c1rea que se encarga de denunciar, evaluar y remediar estos actos delictivos que afectan el servicio el\u00e9ctrico a la comunidad.<\/p>\n

ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n
