Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Convocar a Autoridades de EDEMSA, informe por interrupci\u00f3n del suministro el\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n<p>La interrupci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica que se registr\u00f3 el \u00faltimo fin de semana con las consecuencias que eso conlleva en domicilios y complejos tur\u00edsticos en toda la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que los cortes de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica causan variaciones de voltaje que\u00a0 ocasionan un funcionamiento anormal\u00a0 y un probable\u00a0 da\u00f1o permanente en todos los electrodom\u00e9sticos.<\/p>\n<p>Que es importante mencionar que la Empresa prestadora del servicio el\u00e9ctrico\u00a0 inform\u00f3 que fue por problemas en la aislaci\u00f3n de conductores.<\/p>\n<p>Que vecinos, comercios, empresas, servicios p\u00fablicos de salud, seguridad, seguridad vial y toda la infraestructura de nuestra Ciudad y Localidades, aleda\u00f1as deben recibir por parte de EDEMSA la garant\u00eda de que sus servicios no se ver\u00e1n\u00a0 colapsados.<\/p>\n<p>Que muchos vecinos deben utilizar este tipo de energ\u00eda como alternativa a la degas domiciliario.<\/p>\n<p>Que existe una preocupaci\u00f3n generalizada de los usuarios y es funci\u00f3n del Honorable Concejo Deliberante hacerse eco de las inquietudes de los vecinos y obtener informaci\u00f3n que aclare este tipo de problemas.<\/p>\n<p>Que es obligaci\u00f3n de las Autoridades bregar por mantener y aumentar la calidad devida de los vecinos.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 1\u00b0: Instruir a Presidencia del Honorable Concejo Deliberante a concretar con car\u00e1cter de urgente una reuni\u00f3n con los representantes de la Gerencia y \u00c1rea de T\u00e9cnica de E.D.E.M.S.A, Representantes de EPRE Delegaci\u00f3n Malarg\u00fce y Responsable de la Oficina de Defensa al Consumidor de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce conjuntamente con los Concejales de este Honorable Cuerpo, a los fines de tratar los siguientes puntos:<\/p>\n<p>-Plan de mantenimiento e inversiones l\u00ednea Nihuil &#8211; Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>-Causales\u00a0 t\u00e9cnicos o de cualquier otro origen que provocaron el corte de suministro de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica en la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce, el pasado 17 de octubre del corriente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Las medidas, obras y planes de contingencias que se llevaron adelante pararesolver dicho problema que afecta a nuestra comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cualquier otro dato o consulta de inter\u00e9s sobre la tem\u00e1tica planteada.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 2\u00b0: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
