VISTO: El contenido del Expediente N\u00b0 5.209 HC 050 \u2013 2.022. Bloque Reconstruyendo Malarg\u00fce. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar Informe al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal respecto a la licitaci\u00f3n de Alquiler de tr\u00e1iler habitacional para playa de secuestro vial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Expediente de Licitaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica N\u00ba 3587\/2.022 publicado con fecha 29\/08\/2022 para Alquiler de un tr\u00e1iler habitacional para playa de secuestro vial, con fecha de apertura de sobre 07\/09\/2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que la Licitaci\u00f3n plantea el alquiler de un tr\u00e1iler con presupuesto oficial de $980.000,00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que el Valor de Pliego Licitatorio fue seg\u00fan Ley N\u00b0 8.706\/2.014 de $980 Decreto N\u00b0 1.000\/2015 y el valor del sellado seg\u00fan Ordenanza Tarifaria N\u00ba 2.113\/2.021 de $200.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que los requisitos del tr\u00e1iler equipado para la playa de secuestro, deben reunir las siguientes dimensiones: 7 mts de largo y 2,5  mts de ancho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que deb\u00eda ser ubicado en el predio de la Direcci\u00f3n de Obras P\u00fablicas a 100 metros del Galp\u00f3n Municipal (donde finaliza la calle Jorge Newbery).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que debe contar con: Ba\u00f1o, inodoro, mochila de agua, lava manos, cocina, anafe, microondas, pava el\u00e9ctrica, mesada, comedor, mesa para 4 personas, 4 sillas. calefacci\u00f3n, aire acondicionado frio-calor. Instalaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica completa, toma de corriente, cortinas, luminarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que la instalaci\u00f3n del Tr\u00e1iler debe ser de forma inmediata, y de no ser as\u00ed se aplicaran las penalidades y sanciones establecidas en la Ley N\u00b0 8.706\/2.014 y Decreto Reglamentario N\u00b0 1.000\/2.015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LES SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal informe sobre los siguientes puntos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Datos del oferente que result\u00f3 ganador de la Licitaci\u00f3n N\u00ba 3587\/2.022, as\u00ed como la constancia de su debida inscripci\u00f3n en el R.U.P.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    b)  Certificar la demora y el motivo de la no instalaci\u00f3n del Tr\u00e1iler. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    c)  Informar el incumplimiento en la aplicaci\u00f3n de penalidades y sanciones establecidas en la Ley N\u00b0 8.706\/2.014 y Decreto Reglamentario N\u00b0 1.000\/2.015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    d) Remitir facturas de pago por dicho servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
