La cantidad de ciclistas que circulan por necesidad de trasladarse a la ciudad y por pr\u00e1ctica deportiva  tanto en la Ruta Nacional N\u00ba 40 al norte y sur de nuestra Ciudad como en la Ruta Provincial N\u00ba 222.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

y;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os creci\u00f3 ampliamente la cantidad de gente que practica el ciclismo en sus distintas formas, ya sea para entrenar, simplemente por hobby o por cuestiones de salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que muchas familias utilizan la bicicleta como medio de movilidad, ya sea para trabajar o ir a la escuela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que resulta necesario visibilizar esta actividad en las rutas de mayor transitabilidad vehicular  con la se\u00f1al\u00e9tica correspondiente para que los automovilistas respeten la distancia de sobrepaso a los ciclistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que  para adelantar a un ciclista o grupo de ciclistas en rutas el veh\u00edculo que se adelanta debe hacerlo a una distancia lateral m\u00ednima de seguridad de un metro y medio (1.50 m).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Que  existe la Ley Nacional de Transito N\u00ba 24.449, su modificatoria N\u00ba 25.965 que trata las reglas generales de circulaci\u00f3n y en particular de bicicletas y la Ley Provincial N\u00b0 9.024 de Normas para la Seguridad Vial y su modificatoria N\u00ba 9.333.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que los ciclistas reclaman la creaci\u00f3n de una nueva Ley de Tr\u00e1nsito que involucre el punto de vista de quienes utilizan la bicicleta como transporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que desde  la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial coinciden en la necesidad de una actualizaci\u00f3n importante de la normativa para poner al ciclista como actor principal en rutas con el objeto de evitar accidentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que resulta necesario expedirse al respecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                             RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 1\u00b0: Solicitar  a los Legisladores  Nacionales  por Mendoza que  intercedan  ante las Autoridades  de la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Vialidad para la colocaci\u00f3n  de se\u00f1al\u00e9tica  correspondiente  al cuidado de los ciclistas sobre Ruta Nacional N\u00b0 40 Norte  entre el cruce  con la Ruta  Provincial  N\u00b0 222 y hacia el Sur  entre el cruce con la Ruta Provincial N\u00b0 186 y  nuestra Ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 2\u00b0: Solicitar  a los Legisladores Provinciales  por el Cuarto Distrito  que intercedan ante la Direcci\u00f3n  Provincial de Vialidad para la colocaci\u00f3n de se\u00f1al\u00e9tica  correspondiente al cuidado  de los ciclistas  sobre Ruta Provincial N\u00b0 222 entre el cruce de la Ruta Nacional N\u00b0 40 y la Localidad de Los Molles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 3\u00b0: Remitir copia de la presente pieza legal a la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Vialidad, Direcci\u00f3n Provincial de Vialidad, a los Legisladores Provinciales por el Cuarto Distrito y a los Legisladores  Nacionales por Mendoza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
