Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo la inmediata aplicaci\u00f3n de las Ordenanzas N\u00b0 2.177\/2.022; 2.183\/2.022 y 2.215\/2.023. Cambio sentido de circulaci\u00f3n de calles Comandante Salas, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Dom\u00ednguez e Islas Malvinas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que durante el a\u00f1o 2.022 desde este Honorable Concejo, se trabaj\u00f3 en conjunto con diversos actores de la comunidad para dar soluci\u00f3n a problem\u00e1ticas varias, entre ellas las que ten\u00edan que ver con el ordenamiento y la seguridad vial<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que varias de las piezas legales resultantes est\u00e1n orientadas a mejorar la seguridad de los alumnos y la comunidad educativa en general de las escuelas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que ha dado inicio un nuevo ciclo lectivo por lo cual resulta imprescindible dar soluci\u00f3n de manera urgente a la necesidad planteada por los vecinos, padres y docentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que desde las comunidades educativas, seguimos recibiendo consultas respecto del cumplimiento de las mencionadas ordenanzas que son una necesidad latente de ese grupo de ciudadanos y que, al menos en una de las escuelas ya se ha producido durante el ciclo que reci\u00e9n comienza alg\u00fan incidente de tr\u00e1nsito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, la inmediata aplicaci\u00f3n de las Ordenanzas N\u00b0 2.177\/2.022 y 2.183\/2.022, que determinan el sentido \u00fanico de circulaci\u00f3n de las calles Comandante Salas, entre Bardas Blancas y Francisco \u00c1lvarez; y Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Dom\u00ednguez, respectivamente, y las campa\u00f1as informativas para poner en conocimiento a la comunidad sobre los mencionados cambios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
