Art\u00edculo 85\u00b0 : El reglamento interno del Concejo determinar\u00e1 el n\u00famero, rol y obligaciones de cada Comisi\u00f3n encargada de asesorar al Concejo en el estudio de los asuntos que le sean  sometidos.   (LEY 1.079 LEY ORG\u00c1NICA DE MUNICIPALIDADES)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Articulo 53\u00b0 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de las Municipalidades \u2013 El nombramiento de las comisiones que establezca el reglamento interno se har\u00e1 en la primera sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del mes de marzo y su ejercicio durar\u00e1 hasta el veintiocho de febrero del a\u00f1o siguiente.
