VISTO: El contenido del Expediente N\u00ba 5.242-HC 052-2.023 Bloque Reconstruyendo Malarg\u00fce. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo informe sobre las tarjetas gen\u00e9ricas YPF en Ruta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que desde octubre de 2.018 existen tarjetas gen\u00e9ricas de la Plataforma \u201cYPF Ruta\u201d que son administradas por funcionarios de la gesti\u00f3n y que son resultado de un tr\u00e1mite de adhesi\u00f3n que iniciara la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que YPF Ruta es una plataforma integral de movilidad que conecta los veh\u00edculos con tecnolog\u00eda de punta para recolectar, interpretar y presentar la informaci\u00f3n, con el objetivo de mejorar, organizar y facilitar la movilidad de todo tipo de flotas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que a trav\u00e9s de dicha plataforma es posible consultar la ubicaci\u00f3n de los veh\u00edculos, sus recorridos y la planificaci\u00f3n de sus rutas para optimizar la log\u00edstica, generar ahorros y aumentar la productividad de forma inmediata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que YPF Ruta es la transformaci\u00f3n digital de las flotas vehiculares, ya que combina el big data, la anal\u00edtica de datos y las telecomunicaciones, para lograr un producto a la altura de las necesidades del siglo XXI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que la plataforma conecta los veh\u00edculos con tecnolog\u00eda de punta y utiliza la telem\u00e1tica vehicular avanzada para recolectar, interpretar y presentar la informaci\u00f3n generada por la flota, permitiendo que los gestores puedan tomar decisiones basados en informaci\u00f3n confiable en tiempo real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que con esta herramienta tambi\u00e9n puede controlarse el gasto real de combustible, obtener el scoring<\/em> de manejo de los conductores, planificar y gestionar el mantenimiento, llevar los vencimientos de documentaci\u00f3n, analizar la performance de las unidades y medir la productividad de la flota, entre otras funciones m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que adem\u00e1s, se pueden adicionar m\u00faltiples sensores a las unidades, incorporar servicios de seguridad activa y pasiva, e integrar las operaciones de patios de carga propios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, informe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Cu\u00e1ntas tarjetas gen\u00e9ricas tiene autorizada la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce para la carga de combustibles bajo la modalidad YPF EN RUTA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Qui\u00e9nes son los funcionarios y\/o agentes municipales que tienen en su poder las mencionadas tarjetas gen\u00e9ricas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Qu\u00e9 movilidades municipales han cargado combustible, en qu\u00e9 lugar, qu\u00e9 cantidad se carg\u00f3 y qui\u00e9n era el chofer al momento de la carga, por el periodo de los \u00faltimos 12 meses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Si existen movilidades particulares que hayan cargado combustible a cargo de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce bajo la modalidad YPF EN RUTA, porqu\u00e9 motivo, en qu\u00e9  lugar se carg\u00f3 y cu\u00e1nta cantidad de combustible se carg\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Cu\u00e1nto es el monto abonado por la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce a la firma YPF S.A por la carga de combustible con la utilizaci\u00f3n de las tarjetas gen\u00e9ricas que tiene a su cargo el municipio, por el periodo de los \u00faltimos 12 meses.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
