VISTO: El contenido del Expediente N\u00ba 5.245-HC 052-2.023 Interbloque Encuentro – Cuidemos Malarg\u00fce \u2013 Reconstruyendo Malarg\u00fce \u2013 UCR Independiente. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo se realicen tareas de mantenimiento de la pista de atletismo del Polideportivo Municipal Malal-Hue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Que las actuales condiciones en las que se encuentra la pista de atletismo, ubicada en el Polideportivo Municipal representa un peligro para quienes a diario realizan actividades en ella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que es responsabilidad del Departamento Ejecutivo el mantenimiento de las instalaciones deportivas municipales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que en el Presupuesto en vigencia existen partidas destinadas para tal fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que si bien los ciudadanos que realizan actividades de atletismo pagan un seguro de $ 300 anuales, lo esperado es que se eviten todo tipo de accidentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que el n\u00famero de Malarg\u00fcinas y Malarg\u00fcinos que diariamente utilizan las instalaciones es muy elevado, dado que es \u00fatil para todas las disciplinas deportivas que se practican en el polideportivo y, por ende, merecen tener \u00f3ptimas condiciones de uso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que el Municipio debe predicar con el ejemplo en todo lo que hace a seguridad y salubridad p\u00fablica, velando para que las instalaciones destinadas al uso de la poblaci\u00f3n est\u00e9n en condiciones de uso seguro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que existen excelentes atletas que representan al Departamento de Malarg\u00fce a nivel Nacional e Internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que existe una importante cantidad de vecinos que integran grupos de atletismo por razones de salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que es imprescindible contar con un proyecto elaborado por los responsables del \u00c1rea de Deportes y los usuarios de la pista que permita tener un Plan de Mantenimiento y posibles mejoras que debieran realizarse para tener unas instalaciones m\u00e1s competitivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, a trav\u00e9s del \u00c1rea que corresponda, y con las partidas existentes en el Presupuesto vigente, realice las tareas de mantenimiento necesarias para poner en \u00f3ptimas condiciones de uso la pista de atletismo municipal, garantizando la seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Requerir al Departamento Ejecutivo que, a trav\u00e9s del \u00e1rea de Deportes, se convoque a los deportistas de atletismo para en conjunto, elaborar un programa para el desarrollo y puesta en condiciones de competitividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo informe el inicio de las tareas de mantenimiento a trav\u00e9s de los medios locales de comunicaci\u00f3n para su difusi\u00f3n y conocimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
