VISTO: El contenido del Expediente N\u00ba 5.256-HC 053-2.023. Bloque Reconstruyendo Malarg\u00fce. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Pedido de Informe Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo informe respecto al Convenio firmado con la Empresa KAPPA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que seg\u00fan las manifestaciones a la prensa por parte del Secretario de Promoci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica Sr. Ra\u00fal Guevara, la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce habr\u00eda firmado un convenio con la Empresa \u201cKAPPA\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que el jueves 23 de marzo del corriente a\u00f1o, en una conferencia de prensa, el Secretario de Promoci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica Sr. Ra\u00fal Guevara, manifest\u00f3 que el Municipio de Malarg\u00fce firm\u00f3 convenio con una empresa de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires denominada KAPPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que en el mismo sentido el funcionario municipal expres\u00f3 que por mandato del Sr Intendente Municipal, la Incubadora de Empresas deb\u00eda salir al exterior y generar nuevos convenios para darle movilidad a dicho Organismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que dentro del marco de ese convenio, la planta textil de la Incubadora de Empresas pasar\u00eda a ser proveedora de la Empresa KAPPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que en las declaraciones vertidas a los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, no queda en claro por parte del funcionario municipal cu\u00e1l es la fecha de firma del convenio, cu\u00e1l es su contenido y cu\u00e1les son los costos y beneficios para la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que en virtud de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades N\u00b0 1.079, es funci\u00f3n de este Honorable Concejo Deliberante el rol de contralor administrativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal remita copia del convenio firmado entre el Municipio de Malarg\u00fce y la Empresa KAPPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal remita listado del personal afectado para este convenio indicando: Nombre, funci\u00f3n, modalidad contractual respecto al municipio y categor\u00eda de escalafonamiento municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
