VISTO: El contenido del Expediente N\u00b0 5.264-HC 054-2.023 Bloque Frente Cambia Mendoza. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar instalaci\u00f3n de luminarias faltantes en calle Los Peuquenes entre Los Teros y Las Calandrias de Colonia Pehuenche.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            La solicitud de los vecinos frentistas de la Calle Los Peuquenes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

y;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que los vecinos han referido, en reuniones previas, que el faltante de luminarias en el mencionado sector es de larga data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que la falta de iluminaci\u00f3n genera diversos hechos de inseguridad entre los que se incluyen robos a los vecinos que transitan por el lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que la calle Los Peuquenes cuenta con tendido el\u00e9ctrico y con iluminaci\u00f3n en parte de su recorrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que los frentistas abonan el servicio de alumbrado p\u00fablico aun cuando no disponen del mismo, seg\u00fan consta en factura adjunta a la solicitud recibida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que es preciso que el municipio asegure a los vecinos de toda la ciudad y de la zona rural el acceso a los servicios b\u00e1sicos, especialmente a aquellos por los cuales ya realizan el pago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal la instalaci\u00f3n a la mayor brevedad de las luminarias faltantes en la calle Los Peuquenes entre calles Los Teros y Las Calandrias de Colonia Pehuenche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
