BLOQUE RECONSTRUYENDO MALARG\u00dcE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La necesidad que tienen los vecinos del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce que el cementerio local cuente con nichos nuevos para el digno descanso de occisos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

y;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que desde hace mucho tiempo que en el cementerio local no existe la construcci\u00f3n de nichos, ni acondicionamiento de nichos viejos vac\u00edos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que cuando una persona fallece en nuestro pueblo no cuentan con un lugar digno para su descanso, sino que son puestos en un dep\u00f3sito por d\u00edas e incluso semanas hasta que pueden habilitar un nicho de los m\u00e1s antiguos, o en algunos casos hasta se ha utilizado el pante\u00f3n de Gendarmer\u00eda Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que sin embargo a los ciudadanos de Malarg\u00fce desde la Administraci\u00f3n del Cementerio se les cobra por la concesi\u00f3n de nicho nuevo, cuando en realidad se le alquilan nichos viejos y deteriorados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que con la promesa de que la gesti\u00f3n actual va a construir un Cementerio Parque, obra que fuera aprobada en el presupuesto del a\u00f1o 2.022, por un monto de $5.800.000,00 (cinco millones ochocientos), ha dejado de construir nichos nuevos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que resulta necesario buscar mecanismos para dar respuesta a los requerimientos de nuevos espacios en el cementerio local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que la construcci\u00f3n de nicheras debe ser urgente debido a la demanda cotidiana, y no improvisada sobre la marcha, porque se trata del \u00faltimo responso de nuestros vecinos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, a trav\u00e9s del \u00c1rea o Direcci\u00f3n que corresponda, la construcci\u00f3n de nuevos nichos en el cementerio local de la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Destinar las Partidas del Presupuesto Vigente necesarias para la construcci\u00f3n de nichos en el cementerio local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
