VISTO: La nota HC- 041-2.023. Srta. Yamila Luc\u00eda Villagran, presenta  Apelaci\u00f3n a Decreto  Municipal N\u00b0 68\/2.023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            y;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que a los fines de otorgarle el tr\u00e1mite legal correspondiente al Recurso de Apelaci\u00f3n interpuesto por ante este Honorable Concejo Deliberante  y en contra del Decreto N\u00b068\/2.023, por parte de   la  Srta. Yamila Luc\u00eda Villagran, agente municipal es que resulta necesario compulsar acabadamente el expediente administrativo de referencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          RESUELVE <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 1\u00b0: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal remita con car\u00e1cter de  urgente el Expediente Municipal N\u00b0 5.103\/2.022, correspondiente a la agente municipal Srta. Yamila Luc\u00eda Villagran, D.N.I. N\u00b0 30.709.151.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 2\u00b0: Una vez recepcionado el Expte. aludido en el Art\u00edculo 1\u00b0, der\u00edvense las actuaciones a la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda, Presupuesto, Legislaci\u00f3n y Asuntos Constitucionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 3\u00b0:Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
