CONSIDERANDO: Que el Departamento Ejecutivo solicita a este Honorable Concejo Deliberante tratamiento de los mencionados Expedientes, no habi\u00e9ndose cumplimentado con la Ordenanza N\u00b0 2.199\/2.022, que es condici\u00f3n fundamental contar con los informes t\u00e9cnicos de la U.T.G.U.R.A, previo a la aprobaci\u00f3n de cualquier expediente enmarcado como nueva propuesta de Desarrollo Territorial Urbano y Rural de nuestro Departamento por parte de este Honorable Cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Remitir Expte N\u00b0 19.723\/2.004-0 y Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 03\/2.023 al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a efectos de elaborar un dictamen por parte de U.T.G.U.R.A, en un todo de acuerdo a lo dispuesto por la Ordenanza N\u00b0 2.199\/2.022, con car\u00e1cter de Urgente por tratarse de una actividad econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Cumplido lo solicitado en el Art\u00edculo precedente, vuelvan las actuaciones a este Honorable Cuerpo para proceder al an\u00e1lisis del mismo<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Solicitar un dictamen legal y t\u00e9cnico a la oficina Letrada del Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a fin de dar cumplimiento a fs 89 de dicho Expediente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
