Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar reparaci\u00f3n, remplazo e instalaci\u00f3n de alumbrado p\u00fablico en diversas arterias de Colonia Pehuenche I y II y Colonia Emprendedores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reiterada solicitud de los vecinos que habitan las Colonias Pehuenche I y II y Colonia de Emprendedores de nuestro Departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>y;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que los vecinos han referido en varias reuniones, que el faltante de luminarias en el mencionado sector es de larga data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que en algunos casos solo debe hacerse reemplazo y\/o reparaci\u00f3n de las luminarias y\/o instalaci\u00f3n, en tanto en otros sectores debe extenderse el servicio mediante la colocaci\u00f3n de nuevas luminarias ya que actualmente no est\u00e1n instaladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que la falta de iluminaci\u00f3n genera diversos hechos de inseguridad entre los que se incluyen cuestiones de seguridad vial y especialmente hurtos en las propiedades o robos a los vecinos que transitan por el lugar en horario nocturno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que las calles en cuesti\u00f3n cuentan con tendido el\u00e9ctrico y con iluminaci\u00f3n en parte de su recorrido por lo que la tarea no requiere de extensiones ni de operaciones t\u00e9cnicas de mayor complejidad o costo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que muchos de los frentistas ya abonan el servicio de alumbrado p\u00fablico en sus facturas de servicio el\u00e9ctrico, aun cuando no disponen del mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que es preciso que el municipio asegure a los vecinos de toda la ciudad y de la zona rural el acceso a los servicios b\u00e1sicos, especialmente a aquellos que ya realizan el pago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal el reemplazo a la brevedad de las luminarias da\u00f1adas en Colonia Pehuenche I y II sobre las calles que a continuaci\u00f3n se detallan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal realice la instalaci\u00f3n de luminarias en las calles que se especifican a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal realice las reparaciones en el tendido de alumbrado p\u00fablico en las calles que a continuaci\u00f3n se detallan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00ba: Dejar sin efecto la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0140\/2.023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 5\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.&nbsp; RICARDO BALBIN DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE TRECE D\u00cdAS DE&nbsp;&nbsp; JULIO DE DOS MIL VEINTITRES.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AUTORAS: CONCEJALAS DAIANA VARAS Y SILVIA CORREA INTERBLOQUE FRENTE CAMBIA MENDOZA-CUIDEMOS MALARG\u00dcE VISTO: El contenido del Expediente N\u00b0 5.296-HC 056-2.023 Interbloque Frente Cambia Mendoza \u2013 Cuidemos Malarg\u00fce.
