Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Problem\u00e1tica de vecinos de Agua Escondida por desorden de habitabilidad de casas del IPV. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que la situaci\u00f3n planteada no se resuelve hace 23 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>y;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que la situaci\u00f3n que hoy viven los vecinos que habitan las viviendas de la manzana E del Barrio que se encuentran en el Localidad de Agua Escondida no ha sido resuelta por ninguna entidad interviniente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que los vecinos a modo de respuesta a sus quejas por la ubicaci\u00f3n&nbsp; donde les tocaban sus respectivas viviendas, fue que el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal decidi\u00f3 hacer un sorteo para la entrega de las casas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que al proceder de esta manera el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal cre\u00f3 un desorden ya que las casas que fueron asignadas por parte del Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda quedaron en manos de otros vecinos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que una vez canceladas las casas despu\u00e9s del pago correspondiente los vecinos no pueden acceder a las escrituras ya que viven en viviendas cambiadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que la soluci\u00f3n a este problema que acarrean los vecinos hace m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os no ha sido resuelto por la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce ni el Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que los vecinos no se encuentran en una situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica favorable para encontrar una salida para que este problema sea resuelto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que existen reclamos y hasta se ha realizado un relevamiento para ver en qu\u00e9 situaci\u00f3n se encuentran hoy los vecinos de la Manzana E.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Coordinador del Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda Zona Sur al Dr. Fabricio Maroccolo que realice las gestiones pertinentes para llevarle una soluci\u00f3n factible a los vecinos de la Manzana E del Barrio ubicado en la Localidad de Agua Escondida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.&nbsp; RICARDO BALBIN DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE TRECE D\u00cdAS DE&nbsp;&nbsp; JULIO DE DOS MIL VEINTITRES.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AUTORA: CONCEJALA SILVIA CORREA BLOQUE CUIDEMOS MALARG\u00dcE VISTO: El contenido del Expediente N\u00b0 5.299-HC 056-2.023 Bloque Cuidemos Malarg\u00fce.
