Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo el cumplimiento de la <a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=22690\">Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 349\/2.020 Instalar se\u00f1al\u00e9tica vial identificando Zona Trashumante y\/o Zona de Trashumancia<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que la Resoluci\u00f3n mencionada fue aprobada por unanimidad por este Honorable Cuerpo y al d\u00eda de la fecha no ha sido ejecutada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>y;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que una de las principales tareas culturales de nuestro Departamento, realizadas por los puesteros es laTrashumancia: Antiguo manejo de los animales, consistente en arrearlos desde las regiones bajas de pre cordillera y zona de secano a los altos potreros de cordillera desde diciembre hasta marzo-abril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que como se menciona, es \u00e9poca en que los arrieros bajan con sus animales y las rutas son su camino a destino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Que las huellas de arreo coinciden muchas veces con rutas nacionales, provinciales, caminos y sendas de libre tr\u00e1nsito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que la misma establece en su Art\u00edculo N\u00ba 2: Prevenir accidentes y atenuar dificultades de tr\u00e1nsito a las familias trashumantes y su ganado y a eventuales transe\u00fantes y automovilistas, las siguientes medidas para el per\u00edodo de trashumancia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>a<\/strong>. De seguridad: En los tramos de huellas de arreo que coincidan con rutas o caminos de uso p\u00fablico provincial y\/o nacional, se debe limitar la velocidad m\u00e1xima a sesenta (60) kil\u00f3metros por hora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>b<\/strong>.
