VISTO: El contenido del Expediente N\u00b0 5.307-HC 056-2.023 Bloque Cuidemos Malarg\u00fce. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Incorporar al recorrido de frecuencias diarias del transporte p\u00fablico al Barrio Carbometal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La necesidad que tienen los vecinos del Barrio Carbometal de contar con el servicio de transporte p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

y;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que se ha tomado conocimiento de los reclamos de los vecinos solicitando ser beneficiados por el servicio de transporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que es de suma importancia poder dejar efectivo este recorrido ya que el horario nocturno de la zona es de mucha inseguridad por no contar con las luminarias necesarias<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que no se dispone de una l\u00ednea de frecuencia acorde para el nivel educativo primario, secundario y terciario<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Que es necesario articular transporte, educaci\u00f3n y trabajo, teniendo en cuenta las distancias de estos barrios al kil\u00f3metro cero de la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que es necesario sumar una frecuencia de cuatro recorridos diarios en la semana y dos recorridos el fin de semana en el Barrio Carbometal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar a la Delegaci\u00f3n Sur de la Direcci\u00f3n de Transporte de la Provincia de Mendoza, a cargo del Ingeniero H\u00e9ctor L\u00f3pez la incorporaci\u00f3n a la frecuencia del recorrido del colectivo, al Barrio Carbometal de forma diaria, teniendo en cuenta la actividad comercial y educacional para la sociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: \u00b0: Enviar copia de la presente pieza legal al Responsable de V\u00edas y Medios de Transporte Delegaci\u00f3n Malargue y a la Responsable de la Empresa de Transporte CATA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
