(Expte.N\u00b05.312-HC 057-2.023) &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Declaraci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Declarar de Inter\u00e9s Departamental el evento deportivo \u201cRally Marathon Aniversario\u201d organizado por el Club Mountain Bike Malarg\u00fce (Expte.N\u00b05.318-HC 057-2.023)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Declaraci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Declarar de Inter\u00e9s Departamental Social y Cultural el evento \u201cHomenaje Mujer de Campo\u201d (Expte.N\u00b05.323-HC 057-2.023) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En el punto<em><strong> i), <\/strong><\/em>se desafectaron los siguientes Exptes.:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fue aprobada la <strong>Resoluci\u00f3n<\/strong> mediante la cual el Cuerpo de Concejales dispuso la formaci\u00f3n anual del Jury de Tachas, para Sesionar bajo la presencia del Sr. Juez de Paz local, este 2023 estar\u00e1 integrada por los Ediles Silvina Camiolo, Martin Palma y Francisco Parada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Adhesi\u00f3n a la Ley N\u00ba9070 de Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, designaci\u00f3n de funcionario garante del HCD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Comunicar a la poblaci\u00f3n de Malarg\u00fce la propuesta de acciones planteadas por diversas instituciones convocadas por el HCD a <a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=34752\">reuni\u00f3n referida a contigencia clim\u00e1ti<\/a>ca. (Nota HC 453\/2023)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Elevar copia de los Exptes. N\u00b04.007\/2.022-0 Direcci\u00f3n de Asesor\u00eda Letrada Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Unidad T\u00e9cnica de gesti\u00f3n Urbana Ambiental; y N\u00b0 7.374\/2.015-0 Ing.
