VISTO: El contenido del art\u00edculo 27\u00b0 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades <\/a>que dispone la formaci\u00f3n anual del Jury de Tachas, para Sesionar bajo la presencia de la Sra. Juez de Paz local<\/p>\n\n\n\n

y;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que a fin de dar cumplimiento a lo estipulado en la Ley N\u00b0 1.079 Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades, se debe proceder a conformar el Jury de Tachas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que el Jury de Tachas debe constituirse del 01 al 10 de setiembre por lo que existe urgencia en la conformaci\u00f3n del mismo, a fin de no contradecir a la Ley N\u00b0 1079 Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Constituir el Jury de Tachas\u201d por los Se\u00f1ores concejales: Da. Silvina Camiolo; Dn. Mart\u00edn Palma y Dn.  Francisco Parada<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Remitir copia de la presente Resoluci\u00f3n a la Dra. Mar\u00eda Paz Zabalegui, Juez de Paz, a los efectos legales correspondientes y notif\u00edquese a los integrantes del Jury conformado en el Art\u00edculo precedente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
