Detalle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong><em>La COMISI\u00d3N DE EDUCACI\u00d3N, HIGIENE, MORALIDAD, ACCI\u00d3N SOCIAL Y CULTURA (EHMASyC) recepcionar\u00e1&nbsp;1 proyecto:&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>TRATAMIENTO PREFERENCIAL- Expte.N\u00ba5.342-HC-059-2.023 Proyecto de Declaraci\u00f3n: Declarar de Inter\u00e9s Departamental la 1\u00b0 Edici\u00f3n de Jornadas Deportivas de la Escuela N\u00b04-228 Ingeniero Eugenio Izsaky (BLOQUE FRENTE CAMBIA MENDOZA) Autora: Concejal Paola Lorena ROJO \u2013<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>La COMISI\u00d3N DE HACIENDA PRESUPUESTO LEGISLACI\u00d3N Y ASUNTOS CONSTITUCIONALES (HPLAC) recepcionar\u00e1&nbsp;1 proyecto:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Expte.N\u00b05.197-HC 049-2.022 Proyecto de Ordenanza: Crear el registro y control de los niveles en el Parque de la CNEA y hogares aleda\u00f1os (Decreto N\u00b02.218\/2023)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En el punto <em><strong>h)<\/strong><\/em> se aprobaron&nbsp;2 Piezas Legales,&nbsp; detalle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ordenanza: <\/strong>determ\u00ednese como \u00fanico sentido de circulaci\u00f3n de oeste a este en calle Fray Luis Beltr\u00e1n desde calle Francisco \u00c1lvarez hasta calle Poti Malal de la cuidad de Malarg\u00fce. (Expte.N\u00b05.322-HC 057-2.023 )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ordenanza: <\/strong>Establecer la colocaci\u00f3n de carteler\u00eda indicando el disco PARE y apaciguadores de velocidad en calle Adolfo Puebla. (Expte.N\u00b05.309-HC 057-2.023 )<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>En el punto<em><strong> i), <\/strong><\/em>se desafectaron las Notas HC 466\/2023 referida a la Banca del Cuidadano para tener tratamiento preferencial en la Comisi\u00f3n de Obras Publicas. La Nota HC 490\/2023 referida a Regularizaci\u00f3n Dominial de Bardas Blancas para su pase a la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda.  La Nota HC 494\/2023 para su pase a la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda de forma ampliada y con tratamiento preferencial. La Nota 424\/2023, se aprob\u00f3 una <strong>Resoluci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Respecto al Expte.N\u00b05.332-HC 058-2.023 y la Nota HC 495\/2023, se aprob\u00f3 una <strong>Resoluci\u00f3n<\/strong> mediante la cual se solicita a la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Vialidad declare Estado de Emergencia de la Ruta Nacional 145 Paso Pehuenche.
