Mar\u00eda Paz Zabalegui, remitiendo el Acta Audiencia de Jury de Tachas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>y;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que seg\u00fan lo dispuesto en el Art\u00edculo 29\u00ba de la Ley N\u00b0 1.079 Org\u00e1nica de las Municipalidades \u201cEsas tachas y observaciones podr\u00e1n comprender: a) Inclusiones indebidas de extranjeros que no re\u00fanan las calidades legales; b) Inclusi\u00f3n de personas excluidas del Registro Municipal de Electores, seg\u00fan el Art\u00edculo 17\u00b0 de esta Ley; c) Comisi\u00f3n de extranjeros incluidos en el inciso b del Art\u00edculo 15\u00b0 y d) Inscripciones duplicadas en uno o varios registros departamentales. Corresponde a los partidos impugnantes la prueba de sus afirmaciones, debiendo correrse vista de las actuaciones al impugnado por tres d\u00edas improrrogables. Podr\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n ser observado el registro provisorio por mala agrupaci\u00f3n de los electos. Los Jurys ser\u00e1n facilitados para cambiar de oficio las inscripciones duplicadas y para agregar los electores del Art\u00edculo 15\u00b0 inc. b, que hubiesen sido omitidos de las listas provisorias; igualmente, est\u00e1n facultados para pedir a los Intendentes Municipales y cualquier otra autoridad los informes que crean necesarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que es oportuno manifestarse al respecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Realizar una comunicaci\u00f3n formal a todos los Ciudadanos Extranjeros que residen en el Departamento de Malarg\u00fce, a fin de ser incorporados en el Padr\u00f3n Provisorio correspondiente al a\u00f1o 2.024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Realizar amplia difusi\u00f3n por los Medios de Comunicaci\u00f3n de la presente pieza legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.&nbsp; RICARDO BALBIN DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE A CATORCE D\u00cdAS DE&nbsp; SETIEMBRE DE DOS MIL VEINTITRES.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>VISTO: El contenido de la comunicaci\u00f3n enviado v\u00eda email por el Juzgado de Paz Letrado, Tributario y Contravencional a cargo de la Dra.
