VISTO: El contenido de la Nota HC 337 \u2013 2.023 Sr. Alfredo Aguirre, solicita se gestione situaci\u00f3n catastral del Inmueble Calle Las Bardas N\u00b0 1.048 del Barrio Virgen de los Vientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

y;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que la Comisi\u00f3n de Obras P\u00fablicas, Turismo y Recursos Naturales remiti\u00f3 nota al Sr. Marcelo Salvadores, Director de Catastro de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce, el d\u00eda 09 de agosto del a\u00f1o 2.023, no habiendo recibido respuesta al d\u00eda de la fecha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que con motivo de la urgente necesidad para el vecino, se solicita ante esa Direcci\u00f3n, situaci\u00f3n catastral y dominio del inmueble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que el d\u00eda 22 de junio del corriente a\u00f1o se le adjudic\u00f3 al Sr. Walter Alfredo Aguirre Acta de tenencia Precaria teniendo un plazo perentorio e improrrogable de conclusi\u00f3n acordado en treinta y cuatro meses (34) contando a partir de la firma de la presente Acta, debiendo acompa\u00f1ar al vencimiento el certificado final de Obra que avala el proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que las normativas catastrales exigen que para la visaci\u00f3n de los Planos de Mensura y Fraccionamiento deben estar ubicados frente al radio de servicios de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica y agua potable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que el Honorable Concejo Deliberante no puede quedar ajeno a estos pedidos de los vecinos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a trav\u00e9s del \u00c1rea que corresponda, eleve por escrito lo siguiente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Estudio de impacto ambiental nuevo Loteo Barrio Virgen de los Vientos. (Ca\u00f1ada Colorada)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Factibilidad de Estudio de Hidr\u00e1ulica y del Departamento General de Irrigaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Estudio de Factibilidad de Servicios (AYSAM y EDEMSA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Informe de Factibilidad de Urbanizaci\u00f3n (Direcci\u00f3n Municipal de Obras Publicas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Formalizaci\u00f3n de presentaci\u00f3n del Proyecto en Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n y Administraci\u00f3n de Tierras Fiscales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Factibilidad de uso del suelo por parte de la UTGURA<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Remitir al Honorable Concejo Deliberante la documentaci\u00f3n requerida en copia fiel de su original en un plazo no mayor a diez (10) d\u00edas, en virtud se las buenas practicas institucionales y la gravedad de la tem\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
