Proyecto de Ordenanza: Establecer \u00fanico sentido de circulaci\u00f3n de Oeste a Este en calle Fray Luis Beltr\u00e1n desde Francisco \u00c1lvarez hasta calle Poti Malal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; El congestionamiento vial durante las horas pico en inmediaciones de la Escuela N\u00ba 1-618 General Manuel Nicol\u00e1s Savio, espec\u00edficamente en las esquinas de Fray Luis Beltr\u00e1n con Las Heras y Francisco \u00c1lvarez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>y;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que el sentido \u00fanico de circulaci\u00f3n de la calle mencionada, facilitar\u00e1 el tr\u00e1nsito de veh\u00edculos y a su vez descongestionar\u00e1 el flujo vehicular en las calles paralelas y perpendiculares a \u00e9sta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que la Ley N\u00b0 1.079 Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades en su Art\u00edculo N\u00b0 79 inciso 7\u00b0, faculta al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a determinar y reglamentar la ubicaci\u00f3n del \u201ctr\u00e1fico de los veh\u00edculos en los lugares y calles p\u00fablicas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que el cambio de doble sentido de circulaci\u00f3n a sentido \u00fanico, insta a mejorar la fluidez del tr\u00e1nsito y la calidad de vida de las personas que se desplazan diariamente por la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que la calle Fray Luis Beltr\u00e1n a la altura de Francisco \u00c1lvarez, Las Heras e Islas Malvinas, presenta una importante congesti\u00f3n en horas pico, debido a que es zona de ingreso y egreso de escolares; al tiempo que la calzada se comparte con peatones, ciclistas, automovilistas e incluso el transporte p\u00fablico, lo cual tambi\u00e9n se agrava por no contar en la zona con veredas aptas para circulaci\u00f3n de peatones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE&nbsp; EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ORDENA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Determ\u00ednese como \u00fanico sentido de circulaci\u00f3n de Oeste a Este en calle Fray Luis Beltr\u00e1n desde Francisco \u00c1lvarez hasta calle Poti Malal de la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce y el estacionamiento sobre margen derecho de la misma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0:&nbsp; Encomi\u00e9ndese a los organismos competentes para que durante los sesenta (60) d\u00edas posteriores de ser promulgada la presente pieza legal se informe y concientice a la poblaci\u00f3n de las modificaciones de circulaci\u00f3n que promueve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00b0: Encomi\u00e9ndese al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a la colocaci\u00f3n de la carteler\u00eda nomencladora con el cambio de sentido de circulaci\u00f3n dentro del plazo previsto por la Ley a tal fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00b0:&nbsp; Rem\u00edtase copia de la presente pieza legal al Juzgado Vial, Polic\u00eda Vial de Malarg\u00fce, Direcci\u00f3n de V\u00edas y Medios de Transporte, Delegaci\u00f3n Malarg\u00fce, Uni\u00f3n Vecinal del Barrio Portal Del Sol y a Medios de Comunicaci\u00f3n locales para que tomen conocimiento y efectos pertinentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 5\u00b0:&nbsp; Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, c\u00famplase, publ\u00edquese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.&nbsp; RICARDO BALBIN DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE A VEINTIUN D\u00cdAS DE SETIEMBRE DE DOS MIL VEINTITRES.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AUTORA: CONCEJALA SILVINA CAMIOLO BLOQUE RECONSTRUYENDO MALARG\u00dcE VISTO: El contenido del Expediente N\u00ba 5.322-HC 057-2.023 Bloque Reconstruyendo Malarg\u00fce.
