Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar a la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Vialidad declare Estado de Emergencia de la Ruta Nacional N\u00b0 145 Paso Pehuenche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La crecida del R\u00edo Grande y el Rio Chico en Malarg\u00fce, que caus\u00f3 da\u00f1os significativos en la Ruta Nacional N\u00b0 145, oportunamente para finales del mes de junio del corriente, especialmente en el tramo que conduce al Paso Pehuenche, (km 60)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>y; CONSIDERANDO: Que la Ruta Nacional N\u00b0 145 es de vital importancia para el comercio y las relaciones con nuestro vecino Pa\u00eds de Chile, siendo un corredor crucial para el intercambio econ\u00f3mico entre ambas naciones, sea por turismo o relaciones comerciales propiamente dichas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que la mencionada crecida de ambos R\u00edos ha provocado da\u00f1os sustanciales en la infraestructura de la carretera, lo que pone en riesgo la conectividad y el flujo comercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que el mantenimiento y reparaci\u00f3n de esta v\u00eda es responsabilidad de la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Vialidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que la Declaraci\u00f3n de Estado de Emergencia permitir\u00e1 la asignaci\u00f3n de recursos y acciones inmediatas para la restauraci\u00f3n y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la Ruta Nacional N\u00b0 145.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Administrador General de la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Vialidad Sr. Gustavo H\u00e9ctor Arrieta, Declare el Estado de Emergencia en la Ruta Nacional N\u00b0 145, camino a Paso Pehuenche, debido a los da\u00f1os causados por la creciente del Rio Chico \u2013 Arroyo Pehuenche y aguas arriba en Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Solicitar a la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Vialidad que tome medidas inmediatas para la reparaci\u00f3n y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la mencionada carretera, con el fin de restaurar su funcionalidad y garantizar la continuidad del comercio y las relaciones bilaterales con Chile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Enviar el contenido de esta pieza legal al: Administrador General de Vialidad Nacional, a Canciller\u00eda Argentina; al Ministro de Transporte de la Naci\u00f3n Diego Giullano, a los Legisladores Nacionales por la Provincia de Mendoza; al Coordinador de Pasos Fronterizos Lic.
