Mosca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expte.N\u00b05.351-HC 059-2.023 Proyecto de Ordenanza: Establecer Sentido \u00fanico de circulaci\u00f3n de calle 20 de Junio de la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce (BLOQUE FRENTE DE TODOS) Autores Concejales Andr\u00e9s Risi y Rodrigo Hidalgo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expte.N\u00b05.352-HC 060-2.023 Proyecto de Ordenanza: Establecer sentido \u00fanico de circulaci\u00f3n de Calle General Villegas de la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce (BLOQUE FRENTE DE TODOS) Autores: Concejales Andr\u00e9s Risi y Rodrigo Hidalgo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expte.N\u00b05.353-HC 060-2.023 Proyecto de Ordenanza: Establecer sentido \u00fanico de circulaci\u00f3n de calle Llancanelo&nbsp; de la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce (BLOQUE FRENTE DE TODOS) Autores Concejales Andr\u00e9s Risi y Rodrigo Hidalgo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<cite><strong><em>La COMISI\u00d3N DE EDUCACI\u00d3N, HIGIENE, MORALIDAD, ACCI\u00d3N SOCIAL Y CULTURA (EHMASyC) recepcionar\u00e1&nbsp;1 proyecto:<\/em><\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Expte.N\u00b05.354-HC 060-2.023 Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Declarar de Inter\u00e9s Departamental el \u201cCurso Anual fotogr\u00e1fico dictado por Diego Winizky\u201d (BLOQUE FRENTE DE TODOS) AUTORES Concejales Andr\u00e9s Risi y Rodrigo Hidalgo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>La COMISI\u00d3N DE HACIENDA PRESUPUESTO LEGISLACI\u00d3N Y ASUNTOS CONSTITUCIONALES (HPLAC) recepcionar\u00e1&nbsp;2 proyectos:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Expte.N\u00b05.340-HC 059-2.023 Proyecto de Ordenanza: Cambiar el sentido de circulaci\u00f3n de la calle Saturnino Torres de la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ExpteN\u00b05.309-HC 057-2.023 Proyecto de Ordenanza: Establecer la colocaci\u00f3n de carteles indicando el disco PARE y apaciguadores de velocidad en calle Adolfo Puebla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sobre Tablas se aprobaron 2 Proyectos.:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, informe la situaci\u00f3n operativa actual de la Planta de extracci\u00f3n y Fraccionamiento de Miel-Incubadora de Empresas. (Expte.N\u00b05.349-HC 059-2.023)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Declaraci\u00f3n:&nbsp;<\/strong> Declarar de Inter\u00e9s Educativo y Cultural la capacitaci\u00f3n del Proyecto \u201cCentro de Interpretaci\u00f3n Astron\u00f3mica Mendoza\u201d (Expte.N\u00b05.350-HC 059-2.023) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el punto <em><strong>h)<\/strong><\/em> se aprob\u00f3 <strong>Resoluci\u00f3n: <\/strong>Solicitar al Gobernador de la Provincia decrete el 16 de Noviembre como asueto administrativo y departamental (Expte.N\u00b05.345-HC 059-2.023)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el punto<em><strong> i), <\/strong><\/em>se desafectaron y aprobaron 2 Expedientes: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respecto al Expte. N\u00b04.007\/2.022-0 Direcci\u00f3n de Asesor\u00eda Letrada Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Unidad T\u00e9cnica de gesti\u00f3n Urbana Ambiental\u201d se aprob\u00f3 una <strong>Resoluci\u00f3n<\/strong> mediante la cual se devuelve y remite al D.E.M. para que continu\u00e9 los tramites administrativos y legales correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por otra parte se aprob\u00f3 una <strong>Resoluci\u00f3n<\/strong> mediante la cual se remite a la Junta Electoral, Fiscalia de Estado y Honorable Tribunal de cuentas de Mendoza copia de la Pieza Legal junto con el Expte.N\u00b06.102\/2023-0 Departamento Ejecutivo Ref.
