Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Pedido de informes sobre gastos de combustible de veh\u00edculos oficiales por Tarjetas YPF Rutas correspondientes al \u00faltimo semestre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El rol de este Honorable Concejo Deliberante como organismo de control y fiscalizaci\u00f3n de los actos del Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal y la necesidad de garantizar la transparencia y responsabilidad en la administraci\u00f3n de los recursos municipales, en particular en lo que respecta al gasto de combustible de los veh\u00edculos municipales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>y;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que uno de los deberes y facultades del Honorable Concejo Deliberante es ejercer el control y fiscalizaci\u00f3n al Departamento Ejecutivo, de acuerdo con lo establecido por el Art 71\u00ba inc 9\u00ba y 10\u00ba de la Ley N\u00b0 1.079 Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que la transparencia en la gesti\u00f3n de los recursos p\u00fablicos es esencial para mantener la confianza de los ciudadanos en la administraci\u00f3n municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que en virtud de lo expuesto, es necesario obtener informaci\u00f3n detallada y actualizada sobre el gasto de combustible de los veh\u00edculos municipales provisto por las tarjetas YPF Rutas, durante este \u00faltimo semestre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que la obtenci\u00f3n de esta informaci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 al Honorable Concejo Deliberante ejercer su funci\u00f3n de contralor de manera efectiva y asegurar\u00e1 que los recursos p\u00fablicos se utilicen de manera eficiente<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal informe detallado sobre el gasto de combustible de los veh\u00edculos municipales a trav\u00e9s de las Tarjetas YPF Rutas durante el \u00faltimo semestre del corriente a\u00f1o en curso, comprendido desde mayo de 2.023 a octubre de 2.023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: El informe solicitado en el art\u00edculo N\u00b0 1 deber\u00e1 incluir al menos, la siguiente informaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cantidad de combustible adquirido por las Tarjetas YPF Rutas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desglose de los tipos de combustibles adquiridos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detalle de los veh\u00edculos municipales que utilizaron el combustible de Tarjetas YPF Rutas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monto total gastado en combustible durante el per\u00edodo especificado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: El Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal deber\u00e1 proporcionar esta informaci\u00f3n en un formato claro y accesible para su an\u00e1lisis por parte del Honorable Concejo Deliberante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.&nbsp; RICARDO BALBIN DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE A NUEVE D\u00cdAS DE NOVIEMBRE DE DOS MIL VEINTITRES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AUTORES: CONCEJALES RODRIGO HIDALGO Y ANDRES RISI BLOQUE FRENTE DE TODOS VISTO: El contenido del Expediente N\u00b0 5.376-HC 061-2.023 Bloque Frente de Todos.
