El curso anual fotogr\u00e1fico dictado en nuestro departamento por Diego Winitzky a realizarse desde el 31 de enero al 04 de febrero del a\u00f1o 2.024<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que el curso tiene como objetivo fundamental promover y difundir contenido de calidad relacionado con la fotograf\u00eda, el running y la cultura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que Diego Winitzky es reconocido como uno de los mejores fot\u00f3grafos del Continente Americano y eligi\u00f3 la carrera\u201d Chivas Trail\u201d lo que permitir\u00e1 que muchos fot\u00f3grafos del mundo se trasladen a Malarg\u00fce a realizar el mencionado curso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que se enfoca en destacar talentos, ofrecer mejores conocimientos, presentaciones en vivo y otros contenidos relevantes para atraer a una audiencia diversa y de esa manera fomentar la participaci\u00f3n de la comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que la fotograf\u00eda se ha convertido en contenido popular para el consumo en l\u00ednea, lo que permite fortalecer la identidad cultural del departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que tambi\u00e9n es importante poner en valor la Carrera \u201cChivas Trail\u201d ya que durante ese evento se realizar\u00e1 la parte pr\u00e1ctica del curso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que promocionar el curso a trav\u00e9s de las redes sociales y otras plataformas, utilizando estrategias de marketing digital permite aumentar la visibilidad y atraer nuevos participantes a que conozcan nuestro departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que la declaraci\u00f3n de inter\u00e9s departamental brindar\u00e1 un mayor respaldo y reconocimiento oficial del curso anual fotogr\u00e1fico dictado por Diego Winitzky, facilitando la obtenci\u00f3n de recursos y oportunidades de colaboraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Declarar de Inter\u00e9s Departamental el \u201cCurso Anual Fotogr\u00e1fico dictado por Diego Winitzky\u201d a realizarse desde el 31 de enero al 04 de febrero del a\u00f1o 2.024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Hacer entrega por parte del Honorable Concejo Deliberante Malarg\u00fce de un reconocimiento al Sr. Diego Winitzky por su compromiso con el Departamento de Malarg\u00fce al dictar un curso de fotograf\u00eda te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1ctico eligiendo una carrera tan importante para Malarg\u00fce como lo es \u201cChivas Trail\u201d para realizarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Remitir copia de la presente pieza legal a los organizadores del curso y de la competencia \u201cChivas Trail\u201d, a las Direcciones de Cultura y Deportes de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce y a las Sras. Legisladores Provinciales por el Departamento de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
