Daiana Evelyn Poblete expone en Banca del Ciudadano, problem\u00e1ticas en torno al funcionamiento de la Direcci\u00f3n de Distrito de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce y la entrega de forraje a crianceros y\/o productores locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>y;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que el temporal de nieve que afecto a nuestro departamento la \u00faltima quincena de agosto castig\u00f3 fuertemente a los crianceros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que para afrontar las p\u00e9rdidas y el perjuicio general al sector ganadero, de acuerdo a los trascendidos por distintos medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, tanto municipio como provincia arbitraron medidas para paliar la crisis de dicho sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que de acuerdo a lo manifestado en banca del ciudadano del d\u00eda 19 de octubre de 2.023, habr\u00edan existido irregularidades en la entrega de forrajes, nylon, m\u00f3dulos alimentarios, entre otros, puntualmente por parte del Delegado Municipal del Paraje de Las Loicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que al momento de realizar el reclamo correspondiente en la Direcci\u00f3n de Distrito Municipal, la Sra. Poblete manifiesta haber sido mal atendida y de hecho, el Sr. Encargado de esa \u00e1rea le sugiri\u00f3 _ \u201cvayan a pedir ayuda a los que ganaron\u201d, refiri\u00e9ndose a las \u00faltimas Elecciones Municipales, llevadas a cabo en el mes de setiembre del corriente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que es facultad de este Honorable Concejo Deliberante solicitar informes al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, sobre las actividades que se llevan a cabo (Ley N\u00b0 1.079 Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades Art 71 inc 10.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal informe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a)- Modalidad adoptada para la entrega de forraje en cada uno de los Parajes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b)- Copia Certificada de las planillas donde conste entrega de forraje, m\u00f3dulos alimentarios, nylon y cualquier otra ayuda en el marco de la contingencia clim\u00e1tica de la \u00faltima quincena de agosto y la problem\u00e1tica de sequ\u00eda en distintos sectores del Departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c)- Cantidad de forraje recibido del Gobierno de la Provincia de Mendoza y Presupuesto Municipal ejecutado para ayudas al sector afectado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d)- Motivos por los que se ha reducido el funcionamiento del grupo electr\u00f3geno de la Localidad de Las Loicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e)-Copia certificada de antecedentes penales del funcionario Roberto Carlos \u00c1vila, conforme a las generales enmarcadas por Ley Provincial N\u00b0 9.281 \u2013 Ley Ficha Limpia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>f)-Copia de la orden de compra de la manguera de 8 km que serv\u00eda para dar soluci\u00f3n a la provisi\u00f3n de agua a los puestos cercanos y destino actual de la misma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Elevar copia de la presente pieza legal a Legisladores del Cuarto Distrito y a la Sra.
