Luego de que el Cuerpo se constituyera en Comisi\u00f3n se aprob\u00f3 un Despacho mediante el cual los Concejales por unanimidad en votaci\u00f3n nominal convocan al Secretario de Desarrollo Territorial Pablo S\u00e1nchez y el Director de Servicios P\u00fablicos Luis L\u00f3pez para el viernes 1 de diciembre a partir de las 10 y 10:30hrs respectivamente;
