{"id":35669,"date":"2023-12-05T08:15:00","date_gmt":"2023-12-05T11:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=35669"},"modified":"2023-12-05T11:36:21","modified_gmt":"2023-12-05T14:36:21","slug":"los-ediles-aprobaron-los-diplomas-de-los-concejales-electos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=35669","title":{"rendered":"LOS EDILES APROBARON LOS DIPLOMAS DE LOS CONCEJALES ELECTOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>CADA CONCEJO ES JUEZ DE LA VALIDEZ O NULIDAD DE LA ELECCI\u00d3N DE SUS MIEMBROS,<\/em> <em>COMO ASIMISMO DE SUS CONDICIONES DE ELEGIBILIDAD (Art\u00edculo&nbsp; 45\u00ba de la Ley N\u00ba 1.079 Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El d\u00eda de ayer finaliz\u00f3 la<a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=35479\"> Sesi\u00f3n Especial, en la cual la Comisi\u00f3n de Poderes <\/a>conformada por los Ediles Rodrigo Hidalgo, Martin Palma y Viviana Mosca quienes analizaron la documentaci\u00f3n presentada por los Concejales electos en las elecciones de octubre del 2023; y conforme Despacho emanado por la Comisi\u00f3n se aprob\u00f3 la <a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=35691\">Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba049 \/2022<\/a>, mediante la cual los Ediles aprobaron los diplomas de los Concejales: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>UNION MENDOCINA:<\/strong> <strong>Gonz\u00e1lez, Elizabeth Mar\u00eda<\/strong> D.N.I.: 14.697.042<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>CAMBIA MENDOZA:<\/u><\/strong> <strong>Villarruel, Pablo Yamil&nbsp; <\/strong>D.N.I.: 29.078.382<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>FRENTE ELEGI:<\/u><\/strong> <strong>Cabrera, Pablo Antonio&nbsp; <\/strong>D.N.I.: 33.953.714, <strong>Mansilla, Emilse Marisa <\/strong>D.N.I.: 26.896.976, <strong>Acosta, Magali Leonela Gabriela <\/strong>&nbsp;D.N.I.: 38.578.709<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Los Concejales incorporados tendr\u00e1n mandato constitucional hasta el d\u00eda 6 de Diciembre a\u00f1o 2027&nbsp;a la hora 24:00hs o bien hasta la hora 00:00hs del 07 de Diciembre a\u00f1o 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los Requisitos que debieron presentar los Concejales Electos fueron:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1. Fotocopia legalizada del Documento Nacional de Identidad, con constancia de domicilio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2. Fotocopia legalizada del Diploma emitido por la Honorable Junta Electoral de la Provincia de Mendoza.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3. Libre Deuda municipal por todo concepto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4. Libre deuda provincial, emitida por la Direcci\u00f3n Gral. de Rentas, por todo concepto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5. Informe situaci\u00f3n previsional en la AFIP, avalada por la firma de un contador<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6. Declaraci\u00f3n Jurada de cargos (Provincial, Nacional, Departamental)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7. Certificado de Buena Conducta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8. Libre Deuda aporte \u201ccuota alimentaria\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>9. Libre deuda de Co.De.Me (C\u00f3digo de Comercio de Mendoza) y Co.De.Sur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10. Libre Deuda del Veraz (B.C.R.A)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>11. Requerimiento a la Direcci\u00f3n de Registros P\u00fablicos y Archivo Judicial de Mendoza, para que informe si tienen inhabilitaciones o alg\u00fan tipo de restricci\u00f3n a la disposici\u00f3n de sus bienes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12.
