VISTO: El contenido de la Nota HC 553-2.023, remitida por el Sr. Fabian Ortiz, Inspector de la Delegaci\u00f3n de Miner\u00eda, elevando nota presentada al Sr. Intendente Lic. Juan Manuel Ojeda, solicitando devoluci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculo cedido en comodato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

y;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que existir\u00eda un Contrato de Comodato gratuito de un veh\u00edculo Pick Up Marca Ford, Modelo F-100, Dominio WTS 933, entre la Direcci\u00f3n de Miner\u00eda y la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que no se habr\u00eda informado a la Direcci\u00f3n de Miner\u00eda sobre el estado de conservaci\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo mencionado, como habr\u00eda asumido el compromiso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que no se habr\u00eda hecho efectiva la devoluci\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que el pasado 06 de noviembre de 2.023, los ediles Silvina Camiolo, Silvia Correa y Gabriel Rosas se apersonar\u00f3n en el predio de la Direcci\u00f3n de Servicios P\u00fablicos, constatando que el veh\u00edculo de referencia se encuentra en la playa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que el Sr. Luis L\u00f3pez, Director de Servicios P\u00fablicos, expreso que la movilidad se encuentra en funcionamiento, solo se ha sacado la bater\u00eda para evitar el deterioro, ya que dicho veh\u00edculo est\u00e1 parado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que el remitente de la nota de referencia advierte acciones legales contra la administraci\u00f3n municipal, de no resolverse esta situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo, con car\u00e1cter de urgente proceda a la inmediata devoluci\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo Pick Up, Marca Ford Modelo F-100, Dominio WTS 933 a la Direcci\u00f3n de Miner\u00eda ante una posible responsabilidad de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
