{"id":36128,"date":"2024-02-16T12:59:19","date_gmt":"2024-02-16T15:59:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=36128"},"modified":"2024-02-16T12:59:48","modified_gmt":"2024-02-16T15:59:48","slug":"finalizo-la-sesion-extraordinaria-sobre-tierras-de-canada-colorada-y-se-aprobaron-2-ordenanzas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=36128","title":{"rendered":"FINALIZ\u00d3 LA SESI\u00d3N EXTRAORDINARIA SOBRE TIERRAS DE CA\u00d1ADA COLORADA Y SE APROBARON 2 ORDENANZAS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-right\">SESI\u00d3N EXTRAORDINARIA\u2013&nbsp; 24 de enero del 2024<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-right\">Presidiendo la Sesi\u00f3n:&nbsp;&nbsp;Concejal Rodrigo Hidalgo (Bloque Partido Justicialista)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-right\">Concejales Presentes: Viviana Mosca, Rodrigo Villarruel (Bloque Frente Cambia Mendoza), Magali Acosta, Pablo Cabrera, Emilce Mansilla (Bloque Partido Justicialista), Silvina Camiolo (Bloque Silvina Camiolo), Elizabeth Gonz\u00e1lez (Bloque Uni\u00f3n Mendocina)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>A las 12:00 hs de este viernes 16 de febrero, finaliz\u00f3 el <a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=35960\">Orden del Dia de la Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de que <a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=35980\">el Cuerpo quedara constituido en Comisi\u00f3n el pasado 24 de enero<\/a>; el dia de hoy se retom\u00f3 la Sesi\u00f3n y se di\u00f3 a aprobaci\u00f3n a los dos Expedientes enviados por el Ejecutivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La votaci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo de manera nominal respecto al <strong><em>Expte. N\u00ba247\/2024-0 Departamento. Ejecutivo Ref. Proyecto de Ordenanza Tierras de Ca\u00f1ada Colorada; <\/em><\/strong>estuvo dividida, contando con los 4 votos en negativo por parte de los Ediles Mosca, Villarruel, Gonzalez y Camiolo; y 4 en afirmativo de los Ediles Mansilla, Acosta, Cabrera e Hidalgo. Habi\u00e9ndose producido un empate y de acuerdo a lo que dicta el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=33240\"><em>Articulo 65\u00ba<\/em><\/a><\/strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=33240\"> <strong>del Reglamento Interno del Hcd<\/strong><\/a> <\/em>el Presidente desempat\u00f3 valiendo doble su voto dando de esta forma aprobaci\u00f3n al Despacho que busca entre otras cosas evaluar los Actas de tenencia precaria de la zona Ca\u00f1ada Colorada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso del <strong><em>Expte.
