VISTO: El contenido de la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 161\/2.008 del Honorable Concejo Deliberante de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce, mediante la cual se adhiere a la Ley Provincial N\u00b0 7.877 estableciendo el d\u00eda 06 de Julio de cada a\u00f1o como fecha conmemorativa del D\u00eda del Empleado Legislativo, y;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que la mencionada Resoluci\u00f3n adhiere a la normativa Provincial declarando como d\u00eda no laborable para el personal legislativo, el primer viernes posterior h\u00e1bil al d\u00eda 06 de julio de cada a\u00f1o.
Que coincidentemente con lo establecido, esta Presidencia dispone asueto para todo el personal dependiente del Honorable Cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0: Disponer asueto para el d\u00eda viernes 12 de Julio de 2.024, para el personal dependiente del Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Malarg\u00fce, en virtud de la conmemoraci\u00f3n del \u201cD\u00eda del Empleado Legislativo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
