“El HCD Declar\u00f3 de Inter\u00e9s Departamental el XI Torneo Nacional de Newcom”<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

El XI Torneo Nacional de Newcom, que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo los d\u00edas 16, 17 y 18 de agosto en el Polideportivo Municipal Malal-Hue. Este deporte ha contribuido al desarrollo tur\u00edstico y econ\u00f3mico del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce, atrayendo a visitantes y beneficiando a los comerciantes locales. La Resoluci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n sugiere fomentar el apoyo comunitario al equipo local que participa en el torneo y destaca los beneficios del Newcom, ya que promueve la funcionalidad f\u00edsica y cognitiva, y favorece la integraci\u00f3n social, reduciendo la depresi\u00f3n, la soledad y la ansiedad. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

VISTO: El contenido del Expte. N\u00ba 5.471-HC-068-2.024 Bloque Justicialista. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: \u201cDeclarar de Inter\u00e9s Departamental Social Cultural y Deportivo al \u201cXI Torneo Nacional de Newcom a realizarse en el mes de agosto en el Polideportivo Municipal Malal Hue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que el Newcom es una disciplina deportiva que es elegida, a\u00f1o a a\u00f1o, por malarg\u00fcinos que buscan favorecerse de todo lo que brinda este deporte, como incrementar la funcionalidad f\u00edsica y cognitiva, a trav\u00e9s de un deporte que en lo social favorece la integraci\u00f3n, disminuyendo la depresi\u00f3n, la soledad y la ansiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Que  el deporte, en todas sus disciplinas, sin limitar la edad, credo, condici\u00f3n social, etnias y\/o g\u00e9neros, debe ser una actividad que nos llame a la tarea de proteger y promover, a conciencia de todos los beneficios que esto trae a nuestra comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Que debido a las adaptaciones de este deporte, se ha convertido en una actividad indicada especialmente para adultos mayores, quienes encuentran en su pr\u00e1ctica una posibilidad de encuentro e integraci\u00f3n sin perder de vista el esp\u00edritu deportivo competitivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Que Malarg\u00fce viene trabajando desde hace 11 a\u00f1os en esta competencia, beneficiando al Departamento con turismo deportivo y recreativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Que la disciplina manifiesta un constante crecimiento, algo que no solamente beneficia al deporte sino al Departamento, con la afluencia de visitantes con motivo  de estos encuentros, en las que no solo se encuentran deportistas sino sus familiares,  qui\u00e9nes benefician a nuestros comerciantes con los diferentes consumos que realizan en nuestra  Ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Que es necesario dar a conocer este Torneo a fin de que el Departamento se anime a acompa\u00f1ar a su equipo, qu\u00e9 tanta satisfacciones ha tra\u00eddo a nuestro terru\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                                            RESUELVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0: Declarar de Inter\u00e9s Departamental Social Cultural y Deportivo el \u201cXI   Torneo Nacional de Newcom\u201d a realizarse los d\u00edas 16 17 y 18 de agosto del corriente a\u00f1o en la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0: Remitir copia de la presente pieza legal a la Direcci\u00f3n de Deportes, \u00c1rea de Adultos Mayores y Profesora Alejandra Espinoza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00b0: Difundir el contenido de la presente pieza legal a trav\u00e9s de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n municipales y del Departamento, invitando a la comunidad al acompa\u00f1amiento y camarader\u00eda con nuestros visitantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
