N\u00ba 43751609\/2024) y <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=38198\">Presupuesto Municipal 2025<\/a><\/strong> (Expte. N\u00ba 43751616\/2024), no se logr\u00f3 alcanzar el qu\u00f3rum necesario debido a la ausencia de varios Concejales.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Estuvieron presentes el Presidente del HCD, <strong>Rodrigo Hidalgo<\/strong>, junto a los Concejales del Bloque Justicialista <strong>Emilce Mansilla<\/strong>, <strong>Magal\u00ed Acosta<\/strong> y <strong>Pablo Cabrera<\/strong>, y el Edil <strong>Francisco Parada<\/strong>, del Bloque Encuentro. Los Ediles ausentes presentaron notas justificando su inasistencia.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>De acuerdo con el <strong>Art\u00edculo 105\u00ba de la <a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=33267\">Ley Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades (N\u00ba 1079)<\/a><\/strong>, el Departamento Ejecutivo debe remitir al Concejo el Proyecto de Presupuesto <strong>antes del 1 de noviembre de cada a\u00f1o<\/strong>, con el prop\u00f3sito de asegurar el tiempo necesario para su an\u00e1lisis y debate.
