La jornada fue inaugurada por <strong>Juan Pablo Berarducci<\/strong> , quien de manera presencial comparti\u00f3 su experiencia en gesti\u00f3n educativa y desarrollo social. Berarducci, con casi cuatro d\u00e9cadas de trayectoria docente y una s\u00f3lida formaci\u00f3n en \u00e9tica social y gobierno, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de la autonom\u00eda municipal como motor para impulsar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas m\u00e1s efectivas y adaptadas a las necesidades locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De forma virtual, el <strong>Dr. V\u00edctor Enrique Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez Rosaz<\/strong> abord\u00f3 los aspectos legales y constitucionales de la autonom\u00eda municipal.
