{"id":38390,"date":"2025-02-27T11:24:06","date_gmt":"2025-02-27T14:24:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=38390"},"modified":"2025-03-17T08:33:26","modified_gmt":"2025-03-17T11:33:26","slug":"el-concejal-rodrigo-hidalgo-continua-en-la-presidencia-del-hcd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=38390","title":{"rendered":"EL CONCEJAL RODRIGO HIDALGO CONTIN\u00daA EN LA PRESIDENCIA DEL HCD"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-right\">SESI\u00d3N PREPARATORIA\u2013&nbsp; 27 de febrero del 2025<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-right\">Presidiendo la Sesi\u00f3n:&nbsp;&nbsp;Concejal Rodrigo Hidalgo (Bloque Partido Justicialista)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-right\">Concejales Presentes: Viviana Mosca, Pablo Villarruel (Bloque Frente Cambia Mendoza), Magali Acosta, Emilce Mansilla (Bloque Partido Justicialista), Elizabeth Gonz\u00e1lez (Bloque Uni\u00f3n Mendocina), Francisco Parada (Bloque Encuentro), Silvina Camiolo (Reconstruyendo Malarg\u00fce) y Martin Palma (Bloque UCR Independiente).<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Este jueves 27 de febrero, a las 9:30 horas, se dio inicio al <a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=38387\">Orden del D\u00eda de la Sesi\u00f3n Preparatoria<\/a> del Honorable Concejo Deliberante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de la lectura y puesta en consideraci\u00f3n de la <strong>Resoluci\u00f3n de Presidencia N\u00b0 020\/2025<\/strong>, se procedi\u00f3 con la elecci\u00f3n de las <strong>autoridades para el per\u00edodo 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Concejala Acosta tom\u00f3 la palabra y propuso una terna, mocionando a favor de la continuidad del Edil <strong>Rodrigo Hidalgo<\/strong> en la Presidencia. Para la <strong>Vicepresidencia 1<\/strong>\u00ba, postul\u00f3 al Concejal <strong>Pablo Villarruel<\/strong> (Bloque Cambia Mendoza), y para la <strong>Vicepresidencia 2<\/strong>\u00ba, a la Concejala <strong>Emilce Mansilla<\/strong> (Partido Justicialista).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La votaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 de manera nominal, con 6 votos a favor por parte de los Ediles Hidalgo, Mosca, Villarruel, Mansilla, Acosta y Parada; y 3 en contra, por parte de los Ediles Gonz\u00e1lez, Palma y Camiolo. rResultando <strong>Rodrigo Hidalgo<\/strong> como Presidente del HCD, <strong>Pablo Villarruel<\/strong> como vicepresidente 1\u00ba y  <strong>Emilce Mansilla<\/strong> como vicepresidenta 2\u00ba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, el Concejo Deliberante qued\u00f3 conformado de la siguiente manera para el per\u00edodo 2025:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>\ud83d\udd39 Presidente: Rodrigo Hidalgo (Partido Justicialista).<br>\ud83d\udd39 Vicepresidente 1\u00b0: Pablo Villarruel (Frente Cambia Mendoza).<br>\ud83d\udd39 Vicepresidente 2\u00b0: Emilce Mansilla (Partido Justicialista)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este procedimiento cumple con lo establecido en el Art. 52 de la Ley 1079 Org\u00e1nica de las Municipalidades, modificada por Ley N\u00ba 1461, Art. 1\u00ba, inc. F, \u2013<em>los Concejales proceder\u00e1n a la elecci\u00f3n de un Presidente, un Vicepresidente Primero y un Vicepresidente Segundo, a simple pluralidad de votos, debiendo los tres ser ciudadanos argentinos. En los casos de empate se decidir\u00e1 por sorteos. Su nombramiento es revocable en cualquier tiempo por resoluci\u00f3n de los dos tercios adoptada en Sesi\u00f3n p\u00fablica convocada a tal efecto. En caso de acefal\u00eda o ausencia de las autoridades indicadas, asumir\u00e1 la Presidencia del Concejo el Concejal argentino de mayor edad-.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante la jubilaci\u00f3n de la actual Secretaria, Mabel L\u00f3pez, se procedi\u00f3 a la elecci\u00f3n de su reemplazo. Se presentaron dos postulaciones: <strong>Rosana Scheurer<\/strong>, propuesta por la concejala Silvina Camiolo; y <strong>Noelia S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, propuesta por el Concejal Rodrigo Hidalgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la votaci\u00f3n nominal, Rosana Scheurer result\u00f3 electa con los votos de Mosca, Villarruel, Gonz\u00e1lez, Palma y Camiolo.
