Art\u00edculo 85\u00b0 : El reglamento interno del Concejo<\/a> determinar\u00e1 el n\u00famero, rol y obligaciones de cada Comisi\u00f3n encargada de asesorar al Concejo en el estudio de los asuntos que le sean  sometidos.   (LEY 1.079 LEY ORG\u00c1NICA DE MUNICIPALIDADES)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Articulo 53\u00b0: de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de las Municipalidades <\/a>\u2013 El nombramiento de las comisiones que establezca el reglamento interno se har\u00e1 en la primera sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del mes de marzo y su ejercicio durar\u00e1 hasta el veintiocho de febrero del a\u00f1o siguiente. (Texto seg\u00fan Ley 6349, Art. N\u00b0 2)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO 22\u00ba: Corresponde a la Comisi\u00f3n de OBRAS P\u00daBLICAS, TURISMO Y RECURSOS NATURALES:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. En lo referido a Obras P\u00fablicas, todo lo dispuesto en el Art. 75 de la Ley N\u00ba 1079.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    ART\u00cdCULO 75\u00ba LEY N\u00ba 1079: Corresponde al Concejo en cuanto a \u201cObras P\u00fablicas\u201d: Dictar para todo el Departamento, el Reglamento General de Edificaci\u00f3n y ordenar la apertura, el ensanche y cierre de calles, la formaci\u00f3n de plazas, parques y avenidas, construcci\u00f3n de mercados y mataderos p\u00fablicos, cementerios y quemaderos de basura. Fijar el ancho y eje de las v\u00edas p\u00fablicas y las l\u00edneas de edificaci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    En lo referido a Turismo y Recursos Naturales: Entender sobre la defensa de los recursos naturales renovables y no renovables en base a su aprovechamiento racional e integral que preserve el patrimonio arqueol\u00f3gico, paisaj\u00edstico y la protecci\u00f3n del medio ambiente como asimismo la promoci\u00f3n y desarrollo a nivel municipal de todas las manifestaciones que tengan que ver con la actividad tur\u00edstica del Departamento.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
