Este lunes, en las instalaciones del Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Malarg\u00fce, se llev\u00f3 adelante una jornada de trabajo junto al equipo consultor encargado de la elaboraci\u00f3n del Plan Municipal de Ordenamiento Territorial (P.M.O.T.), una herramienta clave para el desarrollo planificado del departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n
\n<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
El Plan Municipal de Ordenamiento Territorial tiene como objetivo principal definir un marco estrat\u00e9gico para el uso del suelo, el crecimiento urbano y rural, la protecci\u00f3n del ambiente, la conectividad, la distribuci\u00f3n de servicios y el desarrollo productivo. En otras palabras, busca organizar de manera equilibrada y sostenible el territorio de Malarg\u00fce, considerando sus particularidades geogr\u00e1ficas, econ\u00f3micas, sociales y culturales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante la jornada, el equipo t\u00e9cnico brind\u00f3 un panorama general del proceso de formulaci\u00f3n del plan, y se trabaj\u00f3 en conjunto con los Concejales en un ejercicio de an\u00e1lisis F.O.D.A. (Fortalezas, Oportunidades, Debilidades y Amenazas), que permiti\u00f3 identificar elementos internos y externos que afectan o pueden potenciar el desarrollo del departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
La actividad cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n activa de los Ediles Francisco Parada, Pablo Villaruel, Elizabeth Gonz\u00e1lez, Magali Acosta, Viviana Mosca y Emilce Mansilla, quienes aportaron su visi\u00f3n desde la experiencia legislativa y el contacto directo con las demandas de la comunidad. La conducci\u00f3n del encuentro estuvo a cargo del Presidente del Concejo, Rodrigo Hidalgo, quien expres\u00f3: \u201cEl compromiso de este Concejo es trabajar junto a los equipos t\u00e9cnicos y escuchar a la comunidad para proyectar el Malarg\u00fce del futuro\u201d<\/em>. El equipo de profecionales consultor esuvo integrado por Lic. Emilia Molina, Lic.Alberto Molina y Dr. Oscar Soto.<\/p>\n\n\n

El trabajo articulado entre los distintos niveles institucionales y t\u00e9cnicos resulta fundamental para generar un plan territorial que no solo tenga validez t\u00e9cnica, sino tambi\u00e9n legitimidad social. En ese sentido, se invit\u00f3 a toda la ciudadan\u00eda a participar del taller participativo que se desarrollar\u00e1 hoy lunes 22 de abril a las 15 hs en el Centro de Convenciones y Exposiciones Thesaurus, donde vecinas y vecinos podr\u00e1n aportar ideas, inquietudes y propuestas que ser\u00e1n consideradas en la construcci\u00f3n del documento final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n del Plan Municipal de Ordenamiento Territorial se encuentra a\u00fan en etapas preliminares, lo que representa una oportunidad para que todos los actores del departamento contribuyan en la definici\u00f3n de una visi\u00f3n compartida del Malarg\u00fce que se quiere construir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
