{"id":38729,"date":"2025-05-06T12:06:41","date_gmt":"2025-05-06T15:06:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=38729"},"modified":"2025-05-06T12:16:32","modified_gmt":"2025-05-06T15:16:32","slug":"resolucion-n-086-2-025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=38729","title":{"rendered":"RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00b0 086\/2.025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\ud83d\udcf0<strong> Los Ediles solicitaron reunion con el Procurador General de Justicia de la Provincia para informar sobre el avance de causas judiciales <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><em>El Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Malarg\u00fce resolvi\u00f3 solicitar una reuni\u00f3n con el Procurador General de Justicia de la Provincia, Dr. Alejandro Gull\u00e9, para conocer el estado actual de las causas judiciales iniciadas por presuntas irregularidades cometidas durante la administraci\u00f3n municipal anterior.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>La solicitud surge luego de gestiones realizadas en agosto de 2024, donde el Procurador inform\u00f3 que las causas estaban activas y que su tratamiento continu\u00f3 incluso durante la feria judicial, salvo por retrasos ocasionados por el paro judicial. Entre los expedientes m\u00e1s relevantes figuran denuncias relacionadas con el Programa Enlace, el Proyecto Potasio R\u00edo Colorado, y la posible malversaci\u00f3n de bienes municipales.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ante la preocupaci\u00f3n por la demora en el avance de algunas causas, el Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal resolvi\u00f3 trasladar ciertos expedientes a la jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Rafael, buscando agilizar su tramitaci\u00f3n. En dicha ocasi\u00f3n, el Dr. Gull\u00e9 inform\u00f3 que todas las causas se encontraban activas, sin archivo alguno y destac\u00f3 que las actuaciones judiciales continuaron incluso durante la feria judicial de julio del mismo a\u00f1o, salvo por las demoras atribuibles al paro de empleados judiciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que &nbsp;en su calidad de querellante, el Cuerpo Legislativo expres\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n por la falta de avance en el desarrollo de algunas causas. Ante esta inquietud, el Procurador decidi\u00f3 derivar ciertos expedientes a la Ciudad de San Rafael, con el objetivo de agilizar su tratamiento, considerando la mayor capacidad operativa de la Fiscal\u00eda de dicha jurisdicci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que entre las causas m\u00e1s relevantes se encuentran: Presuntas irregularidades en la ejecuci\u00f3n del Programa Enlace; el posible extrav\u00edo de elementos y equipos del Proyecto Potasio R\u00edo Colorado y la supuesta malversaci\u00f3n de bienes municipales, incluyendo veh\u00edculos y maquinaria.
