Natalia Zanabria. Presidente Uni\u00f3n Vecinal\u00a0 Procrear quien en el marco de la <a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=33279\">Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 2.109\/94<\/a>, hizo uso de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DJZg0fdR9vn\/\">Banca del Ciudadano para exponer sobre Situaciones de inseguridad que aquejan a los vecinos<\/a>, el tema fue elevado a la Comisi\u00f3n de HPLAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continuando con el cumplimiento del <a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=30408\">Orden del D\u00eda<\/a> elevaron 6 Proyectos de los Sres Concejales y 3 Proyectos provenientes del Departamento Ejecutivo a las distintas Comisiones de trabajo para su correspondiente tratamiento. Detalle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong><em>La COMISI\u00d3N DE EDUCACI\u00d3N, HIGIENE, MORALIDAD, ACCI\u00d3N SOCIAL Y CULTURA (EHMASyC) recepcionar\u00e1&nbsp;3 proyectos:&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Expte. N\u00b0 3.023\/2.025-0.Proyecto de Ordenanza: &nbsp;Creaci\u00f3n de la \u201cEscuela Municipal de Deportes Adaptados\u201d en el \u00e1mbito de la Direcci\u00f3n de Deportes dependiente de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Humano. (BLOQUE PARTIDO JUSTICIALISTA.). Autores Concejales:&nbsp; Magali ACOSTA, Emilce MANSILLA, Rodrigo HIDALGO. N\u00b0 3.026\/2.025-0.Proyecto de Declaraci\u00f3n:&nbsp; Declarar de Inter\u00e9s Educativo y Social de las \u201cV Jornadas Argentinas de Etnobiolog\u00eda &nbsp;y Sociedad\u201d (JAES). Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n:&nbsp; Solicitar a los Legisladores Provinciales arbitren los medios necesarios &nbsp;para la apropiaci\u00f3n y culminaci\u00f3n de la obra \u201cSistema Integral de Recolecci\u00f3n y Tratamiento de Efluentes Cloacales de Malarg\u00fce\u201d por parte del Ejecutivo Provincial. (BLOQUE U.C.R.-INDEPENDIENTE). Autor Concejal : Mart\u00edn PALMA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expte. N\u00b0 3.174\/2.025-0. Proyecto de Decreto: Regulaci\u00f3n de los veh\u00edculos del Honorable Concejo Deliberante. (BLOQUE PARTIDO JUSTICIALISTA). Autor Concejal:&nbsp; Rodrigo HIDALGO.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solicitud N\u00b0 5.267. Despacho . Convenio de Provisi\u00f3n Arcor con la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce para proveer productos a Parque de Huellas y Planetario. (Decreto N\u00b0 467\/2.025).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expte. N\u00b0 2.960\/2.025-0. Departamento Contabilidad. Remite elementos correspondientes a la Rendici\u00f3n Anual del Ejercicio 2.024 de conformidad con las normas vigentes (Ley N\u00b0 3.799 y Acuerdo N\u00b0 2.988 Honorable Tribunal de Cuentas).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>La COMISI\u00d3N DE PASOS INTERNACIONALES (PIAR) recepcionar\u00e1 1 proyecto:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Solicitud N\u00b0 5.266. Oficina de Despacho. Convenio de Hermandad y Cooperaci\u00f3n entre la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce, Mendoza, Argentina y Pelarco, Regi\u00f3n del Maule, Rep\u00fablica de Chile. (Decreto N\u00b0 476\/2.025).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre Tablas se aprob\u00f3 una <strong>Resoluci\u00f3n<\/strong> que declara de Inter\u00e9s el Proyecto \u201cSENTIR y SER\u201d, organizado por Consultorios Integrados. (Expte. N\u00b0 3.183\/2.025-0.)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>En el punto <em><strong>h)<\/strong><\/em> se aprobaron&nbsp;5 Piezas Legales,&nbsp;detalle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal&nbsp; diversos puntos sobre la poblaci\u00f3n de adultos mayores. (Expte. N\u00b0 1.889\/2.025-0)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Comunicaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Promover la Adhesi\u00f3n Provincial a la Ley Nacional&nbsp; N\u00b0 27.130. Ley Nacional de Prevenci\u00f3n del Suicidio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n: <\/strong>Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal instalaci\u00f3n de luminarias y construcci\u00f3n de puente en callej\u00f3n 59 Barrio Independencia del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce. (Expte. N\u00b0 5.450-HC-066-2.024.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ordenanza: <\/strong>Prohibir en el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, publicidad y\/o promoci\u00f3n personal de las Autoridades o Funcionarios, en la carteler\u00eda p\u00fablica y en todo el parque automotor. (Expte. N\u00b0 5.494-HC-069-2.024)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n: <\/strong>Aceptar el Veto de la <a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=36882\">Ordenanza 2274\/2025: Adhesi\u00f3n a la Ley Nacional N\u00b0 24.072 Marco General&nbsp; para el ejercicio Profesional de Trabajo Social en todo el Territorio Nacional.<\/a> (Expte.
