En el marco de la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 086\/2.025<\/a><\/strong>, el Presidente del Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Malarg\u00fce, Rodrigo Hidalgo, junto a los Ediles Elizabeth Gonz\u00e1lez, Mart\u00edn Palma y el Asesor Institucional Dr. Nadir Yasuf, viajaron este viernes a la ciudad de Mendoza para mantener una reuni\u00f3n con el Procurador General del Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal, Dr. Alejandro Gull\u00e9, y el Fiscal de la Segunda Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial, Dr. Pablo Pe\u00f1azco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcc2 El objetivo del encuentro fue consultar el estado de las denuncias presentadas por el Cuerpo Legislativo contra las anteriores administraciones municipales, entre las que se destacan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25aa\ufe0f Presuntas irregularidades en el Programa Enlace
\u25aa\ufe0f P\u00e9rdida de elementos del Proyecto Potasio R\u00edo Colorado
\u25aa\ufe0f Posible malversaci\u00f3n de bienes municipales, incluyendo veh\u00edculos y maquinaria
\u25aa\ufe0f Acusaciones por abuso de autoridad y falsificaci\u00f3n de documentos<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Durante la reuni\u00f3n, las autoridades judiciales confirmaron que todas las causas contin\u00faan activas y en proceso de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83e\udd1d Desde el Honorable Concejo Deliberante se reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso de impulsar estas acciones hasta que se determinen las responsabilidades correspondientes, con el fin de garantizar justicia y fortalecer la confianza de la ciudadan\u00eda en las instituciones p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
