Malarg\u00fce)<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-right\">Concejales Presentes:&nbsp; Magali Acosta, Emilce Mansilla, Pablo Cabrera (Bloque Partido Justicialista), Silvina Camiolo (Reconstruyendo Malarg\u00fce), &nbsp;Viviana Mosca (Bloque Frente Cambia Mendoza) Martin Palma (Bloque UCR-Independiente), Elizabeth Gonzalez (Bloque Uni\u00f3n Mendocina)<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>A las 8:50 de este d\u00eda lunes 3 de noviembre del a\u00f1o en curso, los Ediles recibieron al <strong>Sra. Marcela Cuartara<\/strong> quien en el marco de la <a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=33279\">Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 2.109\/94<\/a>, hizo uso de la Banca del Ciudadano para exponer sobre <strong>Problem\u00e1tica con un terreno que fuera adquirido mediante instrumento de Cesi\u00f3n de Derechos<\/strong>, el tema fue elevado a la Comisi\u00f3n de HPLAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continuando con el cumplimiento del <a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=30408\">Orden del D\u00eda<\/a> elevaron 5 Proyectos de los Sres Concejales a las distintas Comisiones de trabajo para su correspondiente tratamiento. N\u00b0 6.748\/2.025-0. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Declarar de&nbsp; Inter\u00e9s Departamental el Dispositivo de Acciones de Protecci\u00f3n y Redes&nbsp; de Cuidado, desarrollado por la Direcci\u00f3n de Inclusi\u00f3n y Desarrollo Social de la Municipalidad de&nbsp; Malarg\u00fce. Proyecto de Ordenanza: Imponer el nombre \u201cParque Municipal Ra\u00edces Malarg\u00fcinas\u201d e incorporar al Sistema organizado de Parques Municipales creado por Ordenanza N\u00b0 1.442\/2.008. N\u00b0 6.583\/2.025-0.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ordenanza: <\/strong>Denominaci\u00f3n de 3 (tres) Pasajes P\u00fablicos S\/N de Colonia de Emprendedores. (Expte. N\u00b0 2.181-HC-80-2.025.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n: <\/strong>Prorrogar el perido de Sesiones Ordinarias del a\u00f1os 2025 por el termino de 30 dias a partir del 1\u00b0 de noviembre del corriente a\u00f1o.
