20-04-2018 Con el objetivo de\u00a0 fortalecer el compromiso laboral, intensificar las mejoras laborales y destacar el esfuerzo que vienen desarrollando cada uno de los agentes municipales, las autoridades del Concejo Deliberante, Presidente Sr. Fernando Glatigny, el Vice Presidente 1\u00ba Prof. Raul Rodr\u00edguez y\u00a0 la Vicepresidente 2\u00ba Dra. Paola Paleico,\u00a0 recibieron a\u00a0 empleados que cumplen tareas administrativas en la Instituci\u00f3n que representan.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Fernando Glatigny, Presidente de la Instituci\u00f3n,\u00a0 inform\u00f3 que \u201cla idea es mejorar\u00a0 \u00a0la imagen y el trabajo de la Instituci\u00f3n, lo que requiere un trabajo conjunto entre el personal y los diez Concejales\u201d,\u00a0 quienes\u00a0 seg\u00fan lo expres\u00f3, estuvieron de acuerdo en apoyar este tipo de acciones.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Entre los temas planteados por los agentes municipales,\u00a0 se encuentra la necesidad de recategorizaci\u00f3n, lo que seg\u00fan lo inform\u00f3 la Edil Paola Paleico, \u201cse realizar\u00eda teniendo en cuenta principalmente la\u00a0 fecha de ingreso de la \u00faltima recategorizaci\u00f3n\u201d.\u00a0 El pase a planta permanente y\u00a0 uniformes son dos temas que tambi\u00e9n se agregan al listado de\u00a0 solicitudes\u00a0 que\u00a0 seg\u00fan el Concejal Fernando Glatigny, van a ir resolviendo en la medida de lo posible, siempre acompa\u00f1ado de estrategias que deben aplicarse para mejorar el trabajo que se viene realizando desde la Instituci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
