O<span class=\" _2iem\" role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"4\">bservada por el Departamento Ejecutivo\u00a0\u00a0(Decreto N\u00ba427\/2018)\u00a0 e insistida (<a href=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/2018\/06\/15\/concejales-insistieron-con-la-ordenanza-que-regula-el-ingreso-a-los-jardines-maternales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1.923\/2.018 \u2013 BIS<\/a>)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>REFERENCIA:\u00a0Regularizaci\u00f3n\u00a0 para el ingreso a los Jardines Maternales dependientes de DEGSYC Y Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>AUTOR:\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"font-size: 14px;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/paola.paleico\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CONCEJAL PAOLA PALEICO \u2013 BLOQUE CAMBIA MENDOZA\u00a0<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>APROBADA: 12-04-2018<\/p>\n<p>Teniendo en cuenta el crecimiento demogr\u00e1fico, que se viene desarrollando en nuestra ciudad,\u00a0 que trae como una consecuencia\u00a0 un gran grupo de padres que demandan\u00a0 Jardines Maternales, dando la oportunidad al sector privado de poder cubrir esta demanda y permitiendo por otro lado reorganizar los recursos del estado brindando nuevo horarios para que\u00a0 aquellos padres que desean capacitarse y desarrollarse, puedan contar con un lugar que contenga a sus ni\u00f1os en la primare infancia y que se hace necesario la regularizaci\u00f3n y clarificaci\u00f3n sobre el ingreso a los Jardines Maternales, con el fin de seguir brindando el servicio, para todos aquellos que precisen dicho\u00a0 beneficio, teniendo en cuenta la finalidad social, para la que fueron creados, el Cuerpo de Ediles aprob\u00f3 la ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1.923\/2.018<\/p>\n<p>De este modo, el Honorable Concejo Deliberante de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce, en uso de las facultades que le son propias, orden\u00f3 al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal que a\u00a0 partir de la vigencia de la pieza legal, debe tener \u00a0un \u00a0orden de prioridad para el ingreso de ni\u00f1os\/as a los Jardines Maternales Municipales y excluir sin excepci\u00f3n\u00a0 a los grupos familiares \u00a0que acrediten ingresos equivalentes como m\u00e1ximo al 80% de cuatro sueldos netos de un Empleado Municipal clase 3.<\/p>\n<p>Mediante la pieza legal adem\u00e1s orden\u00f3 a \u00a0la oficina anticorrupci\u00f3n la investigaci\u00f3n de las posibles irregularidades administrativas en la declaraci\u00f3n jurada presentada por la Contadora General de la Municipalidad, al momento de la solicitud de la banca en un jard\u00edn Maternal Municipal, remitiendo en un plazo no mayor a 30 d\u00edas, \u00a0la conclusi\u00f3n arribada.<\/p>\n<p>Prensa HCD<\/p>\n<p>Foto:\u00a0http:\/\/www.sitioandino.com.ar<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PIEZA LEGAL:\u00a0\u00a0ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1.923\/2.018 &#8211;
