\u201cColonia Emprendedores\u201d<\/p>\n<p>APROBADA: 12-04-2018<\/p>\n<p>Considerando que en la zona denominada \u201cColonia Emprendedores\u201d no solo se encuentra en ejecuci\u00f3n una serie de micro emprendimientos agr\u00edcolas ganaderos, sino adem\u00e1s el asentamiento de varias familias a las que resulta imprescindible proveerla de servicios b\u00e1sicos y que es necesario realizar la afectaci\u00f3n al dominio p\u00fablico, a fin de cumplimentar los requerimientos legales establecidos por las entidades prestadoras de servicio, el Deliberativo Municipal aprob\u00f3 la ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1.924\/2.018<\/p>\n<p>Mediante el texto aprobado, el Concejo Deliberante, orden\u00f3\u00a0 la\u00a0 Afectaci\u00f3n a dominio p\u00fablico, la proyecci\u00f3n de la Calle P\u00fablica s\/n, identificada en croquis adjunto como \u201cCalle La Nona\u201d y que forma parte de la pieza legal y la afectaci\u00f3n al uso y dominio p\u00fablico la proyecci\u00f3n de la Calle P\u00fablica con una longitud aproximada de un mil trescientos cincuenta y cuatro metros (1.354), con un ancho de veinte metros (20m), con una superficie de dos hect\u00e1reas (2ha) y siete mil ochenta metros (7.080m) cuadrados, todo sujeto a la aprobaci\u00f3n de la mensura correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p>El Cuerpo de ediles adem\u00e1s Impuso el nombre de \u201cLa Nona\u201d, a la calle p\u00fablica identificada.<\/p>\n<p>Prensa HCD<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PIEZA LEGAL:\u00a0\u00a0ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1.924\/2.018 REFERENCIA:\u00a0Imposici\u00f3n Nombre y Afectaci\u00f3n al dominio p\u00fablico Calle P\u00fablica &#8220;La Nona&#8221;\u00a0&#8211;
