B.<\/p>\n<p>AUTOR :\u00a0CONCEJALRODOLFO CABEZA &#8211; BLOQUE JUSTICIALISTA FPV<\/p>\n<p>APROBADA: 31-05-2018<\/p>\n<p>El pasado 31 de mayo, en el marco de la 10\u00ba Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria, y teniendo en cuenta el desfaje producido en los precios, para consumir refrigerios, almuerzo y cena, en la Ciudad de Mendoza y que de acuerdo a lo estipulado en la Ordenanza 1.730\/2.014, hay que pernoctar en la misma para percibir el viatico completo, el Cuerpo de Ediles aprob\u00f3 la Ordenanza N\u00ba 1.932\/2.018, una iniciativa del Edil Rodolfo Cabeza(Bloque Justicialista FPV).<\/p>\n<p>De este modo el Concejo Deliberante modific\u00f3 la Ordenanza N\u00ba 1.730\/2.014 en su Art\u00edculo 6\u00ba, Inc. b, el que se establece que para comisiones dentro de la Provincia, comenzar\u00e1 a devengarse desde el d\u00eda y hora en que el agente sale de su residencia habitual para desempe\u00f1ar la comisi\u00f3n de servicios, hasta el d\u00eda y hora de regreso de ella, se liquidar\u00e1 viatico completo por cada periodo de doce (12) horas.<\/p>\n<p>Por los per\u00edodos comprendidos entre seis (6) y doce (12) se otorgar\u00e1 el cincuenta por ciento (50%) del viatico.
