{"id":8303,"date":"2018-06-15T09:39:25","date_gmt":"2018-06-15T12:39:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=8303"},"modified":"2018-06-15T10:34:57","modified_gmt":"2018-06-15T13:34:57","slug":"concejales-insistieron-con-la-ordenanza-que-regula-el-ingreso-a-los-jardines-maternales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=8303","title":{"rendered":"CONCEJALES INSISTIERON CON LA ORDENANZA QUE REGULA EL INGRESO A LOS JARDINES MATERNALES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/pdf\/On%201923%20%202018%20bis%20Regularizacion%20%20para%20el%20ingreso%20a%20los%20Jardines%20Maternales%20dependientes%20de%20DEGSYC%20y%20Municipalidad%20de%20Malargue.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7950 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"96\" height=\"95\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG.jpg 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 96px) 100vw, 96px\" \/><\/a>PIEZA LEGAL: ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1.923\/2.018 &#8211; BIS<\/p>\n<p>REFERENCIA:\u00a0Regularizaci\u00f3n\u00a0 para el ingreso a los Jardines Maternales dependientes de DEGSYC Y Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>AUTOR:\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"font-size: 14px;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/paola.paleico\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CONCEJAL PAOLA PALEICO \u2013 BLOQUE CAMBIA MENDOZA\u00a0<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>APROBADA: 07-06-2018<\/p>\n<p>El pasado 7 de junio en el marco de la 10\u00ba Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria, el Cuerpo de Ediles acept\u00f3 \u00a0la observaci\u00f3n\u00a0dispuesta por el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, mediante Decreto 427\/2018 a<span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">l texto resolutivo de\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">la\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1.923\/2.018<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">, e insisti\u00f3 en su sanci\u00f3n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">,\u00a0 procediendo a la modificaci\u00f3n de art\u00edculos 2\u00ba 3\u00ba y agregado de un 4\u00ba art\u00edculo a la misma.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>De este modo, el Honorable Concejo Deliberante de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce, en uso de las facultades que le son propias, orden\u00f3 al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal que a\u00a0 partir de la vigencia de la pieza legal, debe tener \u00a0un \u00a0orden de prioridad para el ingreso de ni\u00f1os\/as a los Jardines Maternales Municipales, incluir como\u00a0par\u00e1metro econ\u00f3mico para la evaluaci\u00f3n de los ni\u00f1os inscriptos en los Jardines Maternales, dependientes de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce, el equivalente a cuatro (4) sueldos netos de un empleado municipal clase 03 y\u00a0excluir del ingreso aquellos hijos\/as de Funcionarios P\u00fablicos, Municipales, Provinciales y Nacionales, salvo en los casos que presenten CUM (Certificado \u00danico de Discapacidad).<\/p>\n<p>Mediante la pieza legal adem\u00e1s se orden\u00f3 a la Oficina de Asesor\u00eda Letrada de la Municipalidad\u00a0 el\u00a0control y dictamen, por lo que debe enviarse a esa oficina, ante cualquier irregularidad en las Declaraciones Juradas que firman\u00a0 los padres al momento de la inscripci\u00f3n, sean estas\u00a0 detectada por las Autoridades o denunciadas\u00a0 por terceros.
