DE DENUNCIAS A FUNCIONARIOS P\u00daBLICOS<\/p>\n<p>SOLICITANTE:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/paola.paleico\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CONCEJAL PAOLA PALEICO \u2013 BLOQUE CAMBIA MENDOZA\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>APROBADA: 31-05-2018<\/p>\n<p>Considerando que no se han tenido novedades respecto de la causas de Alcala Christian y Otros P\/ Peculado&#8221;; Ruarte Nancy y otros P\/ Administraci\u00f3n Fraudulenta&#8221;; Fraude a la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica en Perjuicio e Incum. de los deberes de Funcionarios P\u00fablicos y otros, y teniendo en cuenta que la Oficina Anticorrupci\u00f3n del Departamento Ejecutivo de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce se constituy\u00f3 como querellante, el Cuerpo de Ediles no solo aprob\u00f3 el pedido de tratameinto realizado por la Edil del Bloque Cambia Mendoza Paola Paleico, sino adem\u00e1s aprob\u00f3 el despacho del Cuerpo en Comisi\u00f3n (RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00ba 150\/2.018).<\/p>\n<p>Por ello el Honorable Concejo Deliberante de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce en uso de las facultades que le son propias, solicit\u00f3 al Sr. Director de la Oficina de Anticorrupci\u00f3n, Dr. Gustavo Nedic, que en fecha cinco (5) de junio del corriente a las 10:00 horas, se presente por ante el Honorable Concejo Deliberante y brinde las explicaciones que sean requeridas por los Concejales, debiendo en el mismo acto acompa\u00f1ar informe escrito y detallado respecto del estado, avances y actuaciones presentadas por la querella, en los expedientes N\u00ba 116.990 &#8220;Av. Cohecho Activo y Pasivo&#8221;, Expte N\u00ba 117.954 &#8220;Fc. Alcala Christian y Otros P\/ Peculado&#8221;; Expte N\u00ba 120.544 &#8220;Av. Fraude a la Adm. P\u00fablica en Perjuicio e Incum. de los deberes de Funcionarios P\u00fablicos&#8221;, Expte N\u00ba 550.485\/17 &#8220;F.C. C\/ Ruarte Nancy y otros P\/ Adm. Fraudulenta&#8221;; y Expte N\u00ba 125.308\/16 &#8220;Av. Fraude a la Adm. P\u00fablica en Perjuicio e Incum. de los deberes de Funcionarios P\u00fablicos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El 5 de junio p.p tal y como lo solicitara la resoluci\u00f3n aprobada,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/2018\/06\/05\/la-comision-de-hplac-recibio-al-dir-de-la-oficina-anticorrupcion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">el Sr. Director de la Oficina de Anticorrupci\u00f3n, Dr. Gustavo Nedic, se hizo presente en la sala de Comisiones del Honorable Concejo Deliberante<\/a>\u00a0,\u00a0\u00a0donde fue recibido por el Presidente del Cuerpo Fernando Glatigny y los integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda y Presupuesto, Ediles Paola Paleico, Juan Manuel Ojeda, Raul Rodriguez, Rodolfo Cabeza, Paola Jofr\u00e9 y Jos\u00e9 Barro.<\/p>\n<p>Los Concejales agradecieron la presencia del Dr. Nedic al momento que recibieron el informe escrito respecto del estado, avances y actuaciones presentadas por la querella de expedientes por denuncias realizadas la Oficina a su cargo.
